The Club at Gateway is located in Southwest Florida, convenient to SWFL Airport and Gulf Coast Town Center. We host all types of events from 50 to 150 guests in an elegant country club setting. Affordable and exquisite, Gateway will help plan your big day from beginning to end!


Whether you envision a celebration that is traditional or trend setting, festive or formal, casual or upscale, we will make sure your Club at Gateway gathering is the event of your dreams.

The Club at Gateway is the perfect venue for weddings, birthdays, retirement and Christmas parties, golf tournaments, awards dinners and more.....

Event Rooms
You may select from our two rooms for your event. Our newly completed Grille Room has cathedral ceilings and beautiful glass doors overlooking our award-winning golf course. It's octagonal shape gives the room wonderful intimacy and may accommodate groups of 70-130 guests. Our recently renovated Griffin Dining Room is a classic event venue, and may be set up to accommodate groups of any size up to 150 guests. Smaller rooms are also available for meetings, classes, conferences or other events.

awesome venue

From day one of meeting with sarah we knew we wanted to work with her. She has complete professionalism and guided us through the wedding process. We had a smaller wedding of 66 people but larger events would be great too. The space is beautiful and the food turned out even better. Reasonably priced with great quality.

Definitely chose GGCC for your ceremony and reception! Melissa and Sarah were amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process. They personally made sure that everything was the way we wanted it and the food was delicious! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I could not be happier about how my husband and my wedding day went! Sarah was amazing. All we had to do was explain how we wanted everything set up, and she took care of the rest. We didn't lift a finger. They have options to have the ceremony in the same place, which is an outdoor option unless it rains. It was a gorgeous set up outside and inside. They had linens for the tables, which were available in a lot of different colors. The food was PHENOMENAL. Everyone raved about it! It was an amazing day, and this venue made it so easy! It's worth every penny!

Gateway Country Club was the perfect venue for our wedding! The grounds were gorgeous, the service was impeccable, and when it came time for the big day Melissa & team took care of everything - we never had to worry about a thing. Planning and preparing for a wedding can be a very stressful process, but working with Melissa and Gateway Country Club took the stress away from us so that we could actually enjoy our day together. We received comments from so many friends & family members at the wedding raving about how wonderful the service & food at the reception was! Thank you so much Gateway!!

I simply LOVED this venue and the beautiful people who helped make this perfect at Gateway Golf and Countryclub. Melissa and Brian were great coordinators to work with. Melissa was on top of everything from the beginning of the planning until the very end. She made sure everything was how we wanted it and our day turned out PERFECT because of her and her team. I would recommend them to any bride who loves excellent quality and service.
The pricing was affordable seeing how they offered a variety of packages and they were always willing to change up any items on the menu to our liking. (I am kind of a picky eater. I wasn't a bridezilla though, don't get me wrong.) I just know what I like and when the service is as great as theirs was, it's so easy to be stress-free.

Let me just start out with Nicole did an excellent job on my wedding needs! She was an awesome person to work with, very accommodating on what I wanted I would send her a bunch of emails she responded back quickly with all my questions answered. I came up with an idea of having pictures in the entrance as you walk in of my husband and I as babies up until we were together and she said she would take care of setting it up and I didn't have to do anything. I also like how Gateway does there packages with everything included and you can customize what you want. To this day I still hear about my wedding and how they never been to a wedding as nice as mine and how they rave about the food. Thank you for a wonderful day of my life!

Gateway was the perfect choice for our wedding! We worked with Nicole throughout the whole process and she was absolutely incredible from day one! We were married on the golf course itself and were able to pick anywhere on the course for our ceremony. We chose a hole with no homes surrounding it and our guests are still commenting on how fun it was for them to drive a golf cart out to the location and how beautiful and unique the ceremony was. The food was better than we could have ever imagined and the staff was very attentive and helpful all evening long. We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our day!

Georgeous venue, but since the room is such a weird shape tables are really hard to fit. I only had 80 guests and no way would anymore fit. The food was great. Day of wedding had a few hicups , no salt and pepper at the tables and no coffee was served. The staff was nice, but my guests did comment on the uniforms they had looking more like janitors. The venue did its best to accommodate all my needs , which was many !
