Gabrielle's was recommended by my mother, who purchased her dress for my wedding here. I live out of state so I did not purchase my dress here (although if I could go back and do it over, I would in a heartbeat), but I'm from the area and my wedding is in New Orleans, so I wanted a local place to do my alterations once I was able to bring my dress down. I do not regret this decision one bit. The service here was absolutely amazing and Helen was so accommodating with my travel uncertainties to and from Baton Rouge! The alterations were perfect and I would definitely recommend Gabrielle's to anyone looking for a dress and/or needing alterations!

Gabrielle's made a somewhat stressful process incredibly easy. I bought my dress while living in Baton Rouge and had to come from out of town for fittings. They were extremely flexible in order to accommodate my schedule which I greatly appreciated. They also were very helpful when it came time to take the dress home. They showed me how to keep it from wrinkling and gave me lots of stuff to transport it in so my fiance would not see it! And the ladies that work in the store love to fuss over the brides and debutantes, which makes you feel like the princess you will be on your wedding day. I highly recommend Gabrielle's!
