First and foremost, our wedding photos are GORGEOUS. Gabe was a true professional and is an amazing human as well. We are not models, and are fairly shy individuals, but he made being in front of a camera feel so natural and easy. THIS IS NOT JUST A GUY WITH A CAMERA. Anyone can buy a fancy camera but Gabe is a true ARTIST. If you want photos that last through the years, Gabe is worth every penny and so much more!

We couldn't have asked for a better photographer than Gabe. He was easy to work with, reasonably priced, and very fast in both his responses and his delivery. The absolute best thing we couldn't stop talking about was how comfortable he made us both feel. My husband is very camera shy and I was absolutely amazed by how Gabe was able to capture so many non candid smiling shots of my generally stone faced guy. Working with Gabe exceeded even my highest of expectations. My fiancé and I already had a trip planned to Santa Fe, and after he proposed a couple months before the trip, I decided to look into some photographers in the area to take some engagement photos and found Gabe.

He was so responsive, from my first inquiry to questions I had leading up to our session.

During our session my fiancé and I immediately felt at ease - I was nervous I’d be anxious, stiff on camera, but Gabe made it fun from the start. The result are gorgeous and natural looking photos, the only problem we have is trying to narrow down just one for our Save the Date!

After the session my fiancé and I both kept talking about how much fun we’d had! My fiancé also had a good time picking Gabe’s brain about cameras and settings and the technical aspect of photography.

From the beginning, he made it clear that his goal was to give us incredible memories that we can keep forever. He delivered plus he made it a relaxing experience.
After doing our engagement photos (which were gorgeous!), he communciated to make sure all the details were in place for the photos on our wedding day. When he came to start the day of photos, he had such a relaxing presence, and I did not feel stressed even though we were behind schedule. I did my first look pictures with my husband, and I really enjoyed Gabe's emphasis on candid shots. Of course we had poses for many of them, but he always made sure to make us feel comfortable so we wouldn't look stilted.
I am so bad about reviewing businesses or products (it almost never happens despite my best intentions), but after receiving my photos, I was blown away. They were so incredibly lovely, and they represented all of the love and depth of feeling from the day. I so appreciate his attention to detail, especially since I was so busy, I didn't direct him at all during the wedding. As I look through the pictures, I remember small details because he has captured them so thoughtfully. I could tell that Gabe takes his time editing with care- every shot looked wonderful.
You will not regret hiring such a talented, sweet man for your photos! I will be using Gabe again for family pictures in the future, and I always recommend him to anyone who asks.
P.s. another thing to note is that you get the digital rights to all your photos and there are A LOT of them. I had such a hard time deciding which ones to attach!!

My husband and I live in NYC but are both from the West Coast originally. When we started planning, we switched cities THREE times before landing on Santa Fe, NM. Each time we changed cities, we went through the painstaking job of finding a photographer so, needless to say, I'd been through A LOT of websites. We were absolutely thrilled to come across Gabe's work. He responded very quickly to our email requesting time to chat on the phone to see if we'd be a match. We ended up chatting for more than an hour and a half! He was just such a lovely guy and so easy to talk to; we vibed immediately and he was totally on board with our vision. Being that we're so far away, we never met until the day he showed up to the venue but it was as if no time had passed. He was exactly as I expected. He was warm and funny and kind. He was a total professional and captured our day BEAUTIFULLY. We cannot thank him enough for these stunning photos that we will cherish for all the years to come!!

Gabe was so amazing, he made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and has such a fun personality. I booked him for about 6 or 7 hours and my only regret is not booking him longer!

Gabe was really great to work with. My fiancé and I don't live in New Mexico, yet wanted to take engagement pictures on top of Sandia Peak while we happed to be there this summer. We found his photography from a google search and was able to schedule a photo session with short notice. We met Gabe at the top of the mountain and he immediately make us feel comfortable about taking pictures in front of a stranger. The pictures turned out beautifully and have the natural, fun, and romantic vibe we were looking for. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone! He sent us our edited, final pictures 3 weeks later and all of the rights to the photos were included in his initial price.

All of his pictures that he took truly captured our day so perfectly. Working with Gabe was an awesome experience! He brings a lot of creativity to the shoot and uses the surroundings and the couple to inspire his shoot.
