Absolutely fantastic

I am a business owner. So leaving this review absolutely breaks my heart. I haven’t cried this much in a while. What should have been a great experience with unforgettable memories for myself and my daughter turned into a nightmare. On our first visit we tried on a few dresses. My daughter found one that she loved. I paid for it that day. However it needed some alterations. Which was fine. I thought!. I’m not a seamstress. So I don’t know much about what goes into that. Well when we went back a week or so later the dress didn’t fit properly. So we had to come back again. Dress still wasn’t right.mind you had I known that this process was going to be this difficult. Like the owner stated when she got onto one of her employees today for things I guess she wasn’t taught to do when selling a dress that needed to be altered. Such as our dress did. We would have opted for another dress.long story short. I was getting a little dissatisfied bc of all of the time put into coming back n forth and the dress not being right. Well who wouldn’t be paying almost 1k for a dress. Well the owner was there today when we went. She didn’t bother greeting us. Although she was the one that helped us today. I felt she had an attitude from the start bc of me pointing out the issues that I saw. So I just sat and didn’t say much. Although I was upset. I told my daughter that we’d go and grab star bucks so that I could calm down some bc I didn’t want any problems. This was while the owner took the dress to be altered. We came back and shit really hit the fan. The owner was upset with me once again for pointing out the issues that I saw. That she didn’t want me to see. A good bit of The stones were missing and the dress was way to high in the back and it still fit her crooked. The owner and I had words. Bc she wanted to be a smart ass. I said one curse word which was damn and she called the cops on me. 5 showed up to be exact!! Mind you I didn’t threaten her once and apologized to the employees for saying damn. This was the worst first and last prom experience I will ever share with my daughter. Bc she’s graduating this year. My baby cried like a baby on our ride home. I am so heartbroken. The way that I was treated today after shopping here just bc I was unhappy about the dress having to be altered so many times was so heartbreaking. Even the cops told me not to worry that the owner was known for being dramatic. Now that’s sad. Oh and the dress still isn’t right ! Didn’t find that out until we got home. Bc she made us pay for the alterations outside in the parking lot. Like I threatened her or something. She called the cops on me like I threaten to beat her in the floor or something. Like the cops told me her employees said about me. I would never put myself in a situation to be arrested. To the owner how would you have felt being in my shoes? I mean it was a bit much going on with the dress. All you had to do was show some sympathy instead of getting out of character. After all you should know that. This was a big deal. Learn how to talk to people and that playing the victim with the cops must be about played out. Also to Faith you blew my mind with your false accusations bc you felt you had to kiss your bosses ass. We were never once mean to you or any of the other girls but we will let God be the judge over all of this.i do not recommend shopping here!!! Kimberly C.
