Nichole shot our engagement session and wedding day in Yosemite and at Rush Creek Lodge. She did such an amazing job and was worth every penny spent. She has a very easygoing personality that made the sessions feel natural and fun. Her delivered photos were well edited giving a natural and refined look. She also provides a ton of photos; she will send anything that’s not a duplicate or blurry photo. Overall an excellent choice for high quality work AND at very fair price for the deliverables provided.

Our photographer was everything we could have asked for and more! She made both our engagement session and wedding day so much fun, keeping the experience engaging and effortless. Nichole has captured some of the most special moments of my family’s life. She is super creative and is a great photographer to work with. My husband and I eloped in Yosemite on 8/29/20 after having to change plans multiple times due to the pandemic. I could not be happier with how our day turned out, ESPECIALLY our experience with Nichole and Forty Eleven. Nichole was with us the entire day, and due to the elopement was an integral part of our celebration. She gently helped guide us through the day, including me getting into my dress with my mom and our first look. Our photos are amazing. Nichole found the most beautiful locations throughout Yosemite for our first look, as well as fun couples photos on the way to our ceremony location. We had so much fun with her, and she fit in with our families perfectly. We're planning to have a large celebration when safe, and can't wait to see Nichole again to have her photograph the big wedding!

Again, if you are getting married anywhere near her, hiring Nichole for your wedding photos is a must!

Nichole is amazing. Period. We found her, loved her style of photography, contacted her, and the rest was history. We set up an engagement session (which we did not think we needed, but Nichole recommended it since it is included in her packages) and I am so glad we did it! It made us feel so much more comfortable in front of the camera on our big day since we got to practice having a camera on us for a bit. Our engagement photos turned out fabulous, and although we have only seen a few sneak peeks of our wedding photos, we already love them so much! Photography was an important things to us - we wanted beautiful photos that would help us remember our wedding day. Nichole helped us capture special moments in a beautiful way. We cannot thank her (and her amazing helpers who were there on our wedding day) enough. Nichole you are the best, thank you!!!

The wedding is over and things have calmed down. Looking back at our wedding I couldn't be more appreciative of Nichole and her team. From the start she was so sweet and pleasant to work with. We first choose Forty eleven photography because her pictures captured the natural element we were looking for. We decided to do the engagement session she recommended that came with our wedding package. We found out later this is to get comfortable in front of the camera. Arriving nervous not knowing what to expect instantly after meeting Nichole we felt so relaxed. Dare I saw we even had fun! We both are not the type to take pictures of ourselves but we had such a great experience. Nichole was so committed she even kicked off her shoes to walk through the stream to get that perfect shot. It felt a little strange to kiss in front of strangers and a camera, but just go with it! the pictures are so worth it. We got our engagement pictures back pretty quick. Fast forward to our wedding day her and her team where on time and so good at wrangling our huge wedding party along. We both have large families so getting everyone coordinated was a challenge but she was very detail oriented to the small groupings of family photos we requested.
Again she was so helpful with poses, postures and angles. After the wedding she sent out sneak peaks. We are so happy with what an amazing job they did capturing our outdoor wedding.

So I'd like to first start off this review by saying that I (the groom) am NOT a picture person. This being said, I was expecting pictures to be long and boring for the wedding, and I was just going to go along with it because it was my brides biggest day. However, Nichole was F'ing awesome! I felt so comfortable with her, she was funny, and inclusive. She asked us a lot of questions about our relationship and she really tried to get to know us. She really wanted to know what pictures WE wanted. She wasn't all about traditional pictures if we weren't into them. She was the farthest thing from pushy, and she was so easy going. I had every person in the wedding party and our family tell us how amazing Nichole was. She wanted us to have as many memories as we could. She was even taking pictures of people on their phones for them, as long as she could get the same picture on her camera! You do not see that now a days. Most photographers I've ever been around would never take a picture for someone on a phone because they just want you to have to get good pictures from them. Not only was the service extremely affordable, we got two photographers and a full 8 hours of coverage! James was the other photographer and I swear when I looked around if Nichole wasn't taking a picture at that very moment, James was right there taking it. I can't imagine they took anything less than 2,000 pictures that day. They were on top of EVERYTHING!

I honestly never expected to have a photographer as great as Nichole was. She literally made us feel like she cared so much about us and genuinely wanted us to have such a great day. Some of the best pictures we have are from her just telling us to be ourself and her taking candid photos. It is crazy at how well she was able to capture the emotions and love my wife and I have. I'd highly recommend Nichole and James to ANYONE getting married. The service we got should honestly cost twice or three times what it does, but it doesn't so BOOK NOW!

I had a lot of conversations with Nichole to get everything ironed out and every one was quick and decisive. Her prices are very reasonable, and when we booked she sent us the sweetest card congratulating us and thanking us for including her in our big day. She included a complimentary engagement shoot even though she didn’t have to (because she wanted to meet us before our wedding day) and they turned out just gorgeous. On our wedding day she got so much done in such a short amount of time I was amazed! She was very efficient with the obligatory family photos, and also very patient with family who couldn’t quite get out of the way! Lol I am absolutely grateful to her for her attitude, professionalism, talent, and sweetness that helped our wedding be just that much more perfect!
