She was very responsive and was there every step of the way through the trip until we made it home. (We had a travel agent as a family member and he said he couldn’t get that great of a rate even using his discount). I was a attendee at my nephew's destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta, and the process from booking to the end of our stay at the resort was straight out of a movie. Everything from the decorations, the wedding vows, food, music and atmosphere was amazing. Kerri Ouellette was always on top of all my questions and concerns. Raylene was a huge relief in the entire wedding planning process. She‘ll facilitate all of the coordinating between hotel and transportation vendors as well as be a resource for you and your guests. She was very patient with our group and really worked to accommodate our guests as best she could.
