Raylene- Destination Wedding
We used Raylene as our travel agent from the very start of wedding planning to the end. Almost 18 months and she was there every step of the way! She helped me pick my venue, drafted a website, handled all of my guest bookings, as well as stepped in when needed during wedding planning details within resort and coordinator. Would have never pulled off a destination wedding to Cancun without her! -

I booked my destination wedding through Forever US with Raylene last year. We were unsure what location to choose and Raylene helped us narrow it down to an island with our basic wants. From there she gave us recommendations on the island. From that first moment, she was an email or phone call away answering any and all of our questions. We decided on Azul Beach Resort in Jamaica. Raylene was by our side for the next year or so as we communicated with the resort, planned the event for our guests, and assisted in booking all of our guests. Her communication with me was consistent and always replied in a very timely manner. She made sure that the resort was responding to me when needed. I was just married last week and it was perfect! I see so many people frustrated with their travel advisors and I have been so thankful to work with such an amazing woman. I would highly recommend using Raylene at Forever Us!!! -

Kerri was the most helpful throughout this whole process! After talking with multiple other agents who were pushing us to go with one resort or the other Kerri was able to lay out all our option and give us one that fit US! She was there every step of the way and when doing a destination wedding having that additional person was extremely helpful! Thank you Kerri for making this process stress free and enjoyable!! -

Forever grateful
I was a attendee at my nephew's destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta, and the process from booking to the end of our stay at the resort was straight out of a movie. Everything from the decorations, the wedding vows, food, music and atmosphere was amazing. Kerri Ouellette was always on top of all my questions and concerns. I will highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed. -

Raylene is the best!!!
Picking Forever Us and working with Raylene was the best decision for my 15th anniversary vow renewal. I had contacted 4 travel agents and almost started working with one of them but my gut told me to try one more and I started talking to Raylene. She was fantastic from our very first call all the way to the end of our trip. She listened to what I wanted and help me select the best resort for us and our guest. She explained everything to me before we signed anything. I was fully aware of what I was responsible , what my guest need to do before I moved forward. She made sure all my questions (I had a lot) were answered and I was comfortable moving forward. Many travel agents that I contacted are pushy and leave out very important details that could cost you or your guest a lot of money and/or frustration. Raylene went through all scenarios so I understood what signing. She did the same with my guest when they started to book their rooms. She kept me up to date during the booking process. When I had some issues with the wedding department before I arrived. She stepped in right away and helped my get the results I needed. I could not have done this without her!! Raylene is just amazing! I found her coworker from another bride on Facebook and she sent me to Raylene. On top of finding her last minute & having a million questions she helped me through it all. My original travel agent quit on me and she totally took over, worked with a hotel she had never worked with and just figured everything out for us. She was always very quick in responding. Whenever there was an issue she would either fix or do her best. Always felt comfortable with her and supported. I highly recommend Raylene! -

Kerri went above and beyond for my husband and I. It was really important to us that we had a TA who had high standards and knew exactly what we wanted. Kerri was patient, thorough, paid very attention to detail, and went above and beyond to answer questions relating to COVID and the uncertainty of travel. She made herself availible no matter when or where, and I couldn't be more grateful that she made our wedding vision come to life. We are so appreciative of her hard work. Raylene is simply the best!
Raylene is the best! We first worked with Raylene as a guest to a dear friend’s wedding in Mexico back in 2019. She was so wonderful that we had to request her services for our Punta Cana wedding in November 2021. We had 71 guests and EVERYONE raved about Raylene.
She is on top of it to say the least, a true expert in her field. Her recommendations were spot on, she provides all guest with several detailed email communications with pro tips, and she went above and beyond to address any and all questions and concerns (covid).
We cannot wait for Raylene to plan our honeymoon! -

All I can say is that Raylene is the best! I am so glad that one of our friends referred her to us.
When we decided to a destination wedding, we were those people who had to do their homework. From the get go Raylene listened to what we wanted and set us up with multiple site tours while we were in Mexico. We looked at about 10 different resorts, but still couldn’t find the right place for us. We let Raylene know that we were so close to selecting a venue, but there was just something missing…. She listened to us, our budget and and our vision and suggested a wild card resort called Xcaret. She was open and honest that it was a new resort and and that she haven’t had too much experience with the team there, but thought it could be the one. So, she set up a site tour for us. Low and behold she was spot on. Once we arrived at the resort we knew it was the one for us. We were in love. This was our place. We selected a date, and signed a contact. From then on Raylene couldn’t have been more helpful. She negotiated a discounted group rate for us, and was in constant communication throughout the process. Not only did she arrange the lodging but also had many contacts and referrals for vendors that made our trip and wedding extra special.
Our guests also had great things to say about her. If they had a question, she would respond with urgency and if she didn’t know the answer she would find it. She even took the extra step to personally call each guest that had a reservation to confirm their arrangements and give them the opportunity to ask any last minute questions.
After our big day she followed up, and listed to us and then gave hotel feedback.
We would recommend her a million times over without question. Thank you Raylene, for making our dream wedding come to life.

We are so thankful to Raylene and her team for all of their help with our wedding planning. We truly would not have been able to do it without them. From our very first conversation, I knew Raylene was the right fit and that she would go above and beyond to make our experience special.
Raylene listened to and understood our vision for our wedding. She provided resort suggestions, executed the contract, assisted with wedding details, helped us find a new photographer last minute, and ALWAYS was available for questions from us or our guests. Excellent attention to detail and regular communication with our guests. We had several guests traveling out of the country for the first time and she really helped ease their minds.
Raylene was available when we were on site and responsive to any texts that came her way.

My husband and I were very pleased to have such a great company and travel agent to work with. They made the scary part of planning a destination wedding not so scary. Any questions we had were answered every time. There were times the resort was taking a while to get to us for planning and Kerri was able to reach out on our behalf to get us some answers. If you’re looking for a company that takes care of their clients and goes above and beyond to make them feel special, I would recommend using Forever Us time and time again! -

I started working with Kerri Ouellette from Forever US Destination Weddings in 2021 for a 2023 wedding. Everything started out great, but as soon as I signed the contract, it all went downhill. Not going into too much detail, my MOH was double charged (a week after she was charged the first time???) family members had to reach out to Kerri multiple times for replies and I would finally just end up answering the question for them, I had to have my friend pretend she wanted a destination wedding so that she could get the other TA’s email so I would actually receive replies. I can’t even begin to tell you how many emails I received from Kerri stating the following: “I apologize for the delay on my part. I do not see your email from the 3rd so I do appreciate you following up” or “I am so sorry for the delay on my part - I have no idea how, but this email ended up in my spam folder. I've asked my agency owner to reach out to our IT team and ensure this does not happen again” Spoiler alert….it always happened again.
Also, there were so many little mistakes made and it was so frustrating. “Thank you for your email. So sorry about that, I'm attaching the correct invoice”. The most frustrating part though was that if there was a mistake made (which was often), you could email back about it right away but wouldn’t receive a reply for 4-5 days.
Completely unorganized company and they do NOT care once you sign their contract.
STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! So much unnecessary stress that we did not need to deal with. I’m sure they’ll post a comment about how they “went back through their files and reviewed timelines and there was never more than a 24-48 hour delay in communication and they’re sorry for any confusion.” Unfortunately, they won’t be able to see all her mistakes, her lack of updating our files, my guests contacting me daily to ask “did your TA quit or is she just terrible at communicating”, etc. etc. etc.
