Florist/Buyer Beware!

After many conversations with the office manager, Grace, I ordered flowers for a destination wedding in Homestead Florida from FMI Farms. When I put my final order in, I was assured that all of the
flowers and greens would be available. The color theme was white and blush. I also stressed that if the blush color was not available, to give me all whites. When I picked up my order, i was not allowed
to check the contents until I reached my destination. When I opened the boxes, the spray roses and ranunculus were Hot Pink and were unusable. I ordered 20 bunches of silver dollar eucalyptus and
only received 1 bunch and was substituted with cheaper greens, which i did not get reimbursed for.
The Dusty Miller was dead and unusable and the white wax was not fresh, but i did
use it.

I contacted FMI Farms several times and they refused to compensate me. I also emailed the owner, who never had the courtesy to return my email or call and who states in a rebuttal on YELP to another unhappy customer that they are ethical and focus on
quality. This statement is incorrect, since they are not ethical and have poor quality control.

Even if my order was correct, I would still write warning review about the wholesale pick up area. It took me 45 min to navigate thru all of the semi trucks unloading flowers.

All in all it was a very bad experience that i hope you do not have to experience.

Extremely Overpriced & Inaccurate Description
I have made small purchases with this wholesaler 3 times with pleasant experience. I placed a larger $2k order with high end/speciality flowers, promised to be outstanding quality that I paid $6.50 per STEM that are normally $2.50 per stem. I was very excited to see how amazing they were.
I have never paid that kind of price, however this was a very special event and I wanted something memorable. Prior to them being shipped I made sure my salesperson checked them, who told me they were outstanding.
I attached pictures of what I received for $6.50 per stem. The picture with several stems is half a bunch which cost $32.50/$65.00 per 10 stems.
I never should have given that kind of money to someone I did not know or barely worked with. The entire experience was terrible; the product, the service, the back and forth. They sent me several very upsetting texts and emails, I will not correspond with this company ever again and told them to stop contacting me.

Upon receipt of shipment it all looked great but 200 stems of cool water never hydriated never opened and wilted even after 3 times of cutting stems, 160 stems of spray roses same thing. After shooting video and sending pictures asking for help, we were ignored, we were harassed, this sales person Kiran was harassing me on the phone, manipulating my words to her advantage, lying saying "you said you loved the product when you received it" Yeah then it died. They did not acknowledge their fault in sending bad product and completely ignored the entire thing. Do not I repeat do not buy from them, they are not transparent at all. If you wish for me to send you vide of the cool water rose, spray rose, silver dollar eacalyptus so you can see their quality of product I will be happy to do so.
