Gaby is wonderful!!!
Looking back on it, my wedding order was a little bridezilla.
She really provided me with something special, especially considering that, at the time, she was really just getting started at her own bakery. She's provided us with a beautiful wedding spread, as well as several special occasion cakes and cupcakes. Everything she makes is delicious... but genuinely- even her daily cupcakes aren't a fair representation of how delicious her cakes are.
Her specialty cakes are incredible. If you really don't believe it, order one of her mini cakes that she makes for Valentine's Day and you will be sold!

Gabby is a great young lady full of passion for her job. My MOH and I met with her to do a tasting, and instantly fell in love. She let us try three flavors and let me say I was blown away. I don't normally like strawberry cake, but the one she makes is awesome. I used that as the top layer in my bridal cake. She also makes a great tangy lemon cake (bottom layer of my bridal cake). She had no problem making a small cake for me and my groom to cut (a 4 and a 6 inch round) at a great price. She also split a full sheet into two separate flavors for us, allowing us to do carrot cake and a "custom" flavor of vanilla with strawberry cream filling. My guest could not get enough, especially our pastor who must have gone back for thirds! This is a great little shop nearby where my parents live, so I will definitely go back cupcakes and cookies when I visit.
