Chef Allison Dake is the visionary behind Brown Egg Bakery.
After wrapping up a successful 23 year career in the restaurant industry, Allison decided to act on her dreams of building a signature bakery known for its high-end custom flavors and design.
Art is always at the forefront of Brown Egg. Specializing in abstract, modern, texture, sculpture, and surrealistic approach to realism.

Delicious with Great Presentation

We did a dessert bar for our wedding and everything was absolutely stunning. It was so great to see so much work go into our desserts and everyone LOVED having different options to choose from. Would recommend 100%!

Working with Allison was incredible! She is so friendly, funny and talented! She truly made our cake vision come to life, and the flavors are SO delicious!

Allison was a life-saver. After our first cake vendor went MIA two months beforehand - Allison responded that she would be happy to work with us and help us out and had a spot open for our big day. She was so sweet and enthusiastic, we meet up and talked about ideas and she made sketches of the cake that really helped me visualize everything. About a month out, I asked if we could add some cute little add-ons to the grooms cake and she was more than happy to accommodate. On top of all of that - the cakes were absolutely delicious and we received compliments all night. Due to some allergies, we also ordered some of the vegan/gf chocolate cupcakes and they were INCREDIBLE. Everything we ordered was beautiful and exactly how we wanted. Thank you Allison, we can't wait to recommend you to others!

Allison did such a fantastic job on our wedding cake. It tasted wonderful and looked exactly like I imagined. The delivery went smoothly, and everyone enjoyed the cake! She has several flavors to choose from and they are all wonderful!

I absolutely loved working with Brown Egg Bakery! In the middle of all my stress, this was a genuinely fun experience. Allison was professional and she made everything so easy for me. The cake was beautiful, exactly what I wanted, and the best part was that it tasted incredible. I absolutely recommend her!
