Flowers By Laney did a wonderful job with our wedding flowers. Our table pieces, flowers on the wedding cake, bridal bouquets, wristlets and boutonnieres looked amazing with our wedding colors! Thank you so much!

Flowers by Laney did our daughters wedding flowers and everyone was very pleased. There prices were reasonable and flowers were very fresh, we would definitely use again.

They also claimed that I had called and cancelled the grandparetns flowers, when I would never do that, and charged me again to make new ones....

On 9/23/25 for our wedding anniversary I ordered roses from Flowers By Laney, specifically the Eternal Love Boutique - Deluxe. The total came to $173.83 (after taxes and fees) which I have no problem paying that amount if the product ordered looks similar to the what is advertised. I attached pictures of both (white background is what was supposed to be sent). My wife spoke with the owner who hung up on her after asking why my wife did not call that day. We are busy and my wife called as soon as she had time to. That was not the issue and we were not even calling to get the money back or replaced, it was to let them know that what was advertised is not what was being sent to people. But the owner hung up on my wife before anything could be resolved. The owner then texted my personal number saying my wife is “…difficult to talk to”. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

The flowers I received were far less than what was ordered but the bigger disappointment was the way I was treated when I called to express my dissatisfaction. I was polite and respectful while voicing my concerns and the owner raised her voice to me, was defensive and rude. A terrible customer service experience with only a partial refund. I've since read several similar reviews which can only lead me to believe that this is commonplace with this business. I will share my bad experience with my friends in the community to try to spare them from similar disappointments.
