My flowers were absolutely beautiful! I couldn’t not have asked for a better florist. I am so appreciative of everything they did to make my visions come to life!

Truly, Wendi and Ernest and team did a phenomenal job! They went above and beyond to ensure my dream florals exceeded all expectations. From our circular ceremony setup with florals lining the circle and aisle to our serpentine head table filled with beautiful arrangements and of course, my bouquet - every detail was exactly how I had imagined it. Wendi's constant communication throughout the entire process was so reassuring in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out and am so grateful for their dedication to their incredible work!

Our daughter- and we- could not have been happier with the beautiful flowers for her wedding on September 6, 2026 created by Flowers and Designs by Ernest! The bride sought a coastal/beach theme for her wedding in Beaufort, NC. and the colors of various blues and white were super as were the floral arrangements style! Wendi, Ernest and the other staff were always in close touch with us and had provided photos of their proposed design to give an idea of what the wedding ceremony and reception would look like. They are super people who are creative and talented! Can’t say enough good things about them and their work! Anyone looking at florists for a wedding or special event, would do very well to select these folks!

I got married in Salter Path and because I am from Raleigh, I had to find a florest I knew nothing about. My wedding planner was told to try Ernest! THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION! My bridal portraits were on a Sunday and Ernest had someone meet me with my bouquet and it looked AMAZING!! On my wedding day he delivered the flowers to the wedding house. I was SO HAPPY with them. My mom and my sister (who just got married and who went to over 10 weddings last year) said they had NEVER seen such beautiful work. My bouquet was elogant and not too big and the bridesmaids' bouquets were colorful and just the right size (I HATE when the bridesmaids have these huge bouquets). Ernest was professional, had great customer service, he wasn't overpriced, and his work is amazing!

Flowers & Designs by Ernest was the only disappointment on my wedding day. After calling several local florists, I was assured that my bouquet and fiancé's boutonniere would look like my inspiration photo. We wanted a colorful mix, unusual greenery, no carnations or other filler flowers, mid-sized loose bouquet with yellows and oranges kept to a minimum. For the price I was quoted ($$$), I believed them. I'm only giving a mid-range rating because my fiancé (now husband) thought the flowers were vibrant and beautiful. My bouquet was a vibrant mix of colors but the flowers started falling out before we could even get it back to our B&B and they kept falling out! My (expensive) delicate purple orchids would just fall on the ground. I would pick them up and push them back in. They charged me $5 for a plastic vase to put my bouquet in water after the wedding, only to find out the stems were not part of the actual flowers! Our pictures on the beach look good with the pop of color the flowers provided (the only reason my review isn't worse) but I am not happy with the flowers or how well my bouquet was constructed. The greenery was the standard stiff fern leaves around the outside of the bouquet almost as an after-thought. I'm still disappointed.
