My husband and I knew from the get-go that we didn’t want a wedding cake. However, we knew if we weren’t going to go the traditional route, we really needed something that would blow away our guests – Enter Taryn and Flowerchild Desserts! We knew we were in for a treat when we struggled to select cake flavors and mini desserts for our tasting box from her fabulous menu. We ended up ordering chocolate irish coffee and spiced carrot mini cupcakes, milk chocolate layered mousse, caramel apple tarts, and the chocolate espresso cheesecake. The desserts were incredibly delicious, fresh, and gorgeous to look at – Our guests loved them! Throughout the entire process, Taryn was communicative, flexible, and easy to work with. I loved working with Fowerchild so much. Taryn, the owner is one of the coolest people around and is an absolute artist. I dreamt about here mini cheesecakes and the brownies long after our tasting. She literally can do anything and is beyond talented. Her detailing is to die for. Our wedding cake and dessert bar looked and tasted better than anything I could have dreamed about.
