Not Impressed
Communication was awful. Their response time to emails was painfully slow. Most emails that I sent I had to follow up on multiple times just to get a response, and it took forever to get my contract and invoice.
The one caveat to this is that I decided to last minute add a boutonniere to the order and they were very accommodating -- which I appreciated.
I loved the way the bouquet & boutonniere looked, and was happy with the end product. BUT, it was extremely over priced for what I got.
I paid $125 for the bouquet and it was almost all greenery. Knowing what they used in the bouquet and the market price for those pieces, the end product I received should've been no more than $50.
The good = worked with my budget, love the end product, ready on time, good pick up experience, accommodating for last minute changes to order.
The bad = VERY over-priced & terrible communication practices.
