Shawn Williams was a great DJ. He carried the evening for our 50th wedding anniversary party. Creative, fun, spontaneous. Highly recommend Five Star Entertainment for any celebration . Our guests had a blast. Wouldnt have changed a thing.

My husband and I got married in 2012 and people are still asking us who did our music- because he did such an amazing job of reading the crowd and keeping the dance floor going. He also acted some what of a wedding coordinator, keeping the flow of the reception moving in a timley matter (time for the father daughter dance, toast, cut the cake, garter and flower toss). He set up amazing lighting that added so much to the venue- we barley had to decorate. We are so thankful that we chose Fivestar and would recommend them to anyone.

I hired Shawn for a family member's wedding and it was the best contribution to the wedding I could have made. He picked up the slack for the other vendors, kept everything on time, and got my entire family out on the dance floor. We all had a blast! Also, his room lighting was amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Shawn with Five Entertainment was great! He was enthusiastic and open to my "out of the box" ideas. Although I was a little worried about the what the song list might be for the entire reception, I left it up to Shawn to "do his thing." The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music was at a acceptable level (a few wedding's I've been to had the music up way too loud and the speakers were blaring). Everyone could hear us say our vows and could hear each other sitting at the tables. The reception dance music seemed to start off like all other weddings I've been too and people were not getting out on the floor, but Shawn caught that and immediately shifted the music to something more what the people wanted. By the end of the night we were doing the "Soul Train" line up dance and even ended the night off with a "Harlem Shake" video where everyone of our guests participated!

Shawn did a fantastic job of running the show from grand entrance to last dance! Of note he managed the time line in a very subtle and all encompassing demeanor. If the flexibility scale could go to 10 Shawn would receive an 11. Making a special last minute run for the bride and groom half way around town to retrieve the saber used for the cake cutting.
