Matthew Wright was one of our favorite wedding vendors. He was professional, creative, and had our photos online for us to see less than 2 weeks after our wedding! On the day of the wedding he was unobtrusive, friendly, and efficient.

WE LOVE OUR PHOTOGRAPHS. They are gorgeous. My husband had wanted formal portraits, I was more interested in the photojournalistic look, and Matthew succeeded with both styles. We're both so happy, and we have been getting many compliments on his photographs as we've been sharing the website with friends.

Matt was awesome the day of the wedding - creative, quick and decisive and snapped a ton of pictures. He never seemed to be in the way and was a lot of fun. we can't wait to see the pictures!

Matt's style is absolutely beautiful, and he is very laid back. Considering how this is the vendor you spend all day with, you want to make sure you click, and we totally did. But he also had a way of completely blending in and not letting us know he was there, which was great. Definitely check him out. His prices are very competitive and you will end up with pictures that will help you re-live your day, forever.
A word of caution, though - no matter who you work with, make sure you are very clear in what pictures you absolutely want to have taken. There were a few pictures we didn't end up with, and I'm kind of sad about that. It doesn't take away from Matt's talent, but every bride should be mindful of this important detail.

Fig Tree Productions did my videography. I chose this company because of Jeremy's cause and also because he worked with me on the price. My only request was that they record all of the ceremony for my 1 year old daughter to watch when she is older. The videographer was not Jeremy but works for Jeremy. When he got to my ceremony site my photographer told me that the videographer asked if she had an extra memory card (red flag right there.) Long story short, the videographer did not record the whole ceremony because failed to have enough space on his memory card. The video cut off right when I walk through the doors. I was in tears.

Jeremy tried his hardest to make everything right (even by putting a collage of pictures my photographer had taken with sentimental music in the background) but it could not replace the fact that the videographer did not record any of the ceremony. I still give this company itself a good review because of how well Jeremy worked with me throughout most of the process, but I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and experience the videographer displayed.

The reason for this horrific review is because we have waited nearly four years--FOUR years for our wedding album and have yet to receive it. Yes, we received the 4x6's that were promised, as well as a digital copy of every photo but we still have yet to receive our album.

In the contract, which was signed, has not been fulfilled and Mr. Wrights reasoning for not completing the agreement was due to financial troubles he incurred. Essentially, he spent the money we gave him for our album, our memories, on personal gains.

I would NEVER recommend FigTree Photography to anyone in hopes they never go through the trouble, heartache and hassle we've seen for nearly four years and counting.
