Melissa was so great and creative! She was recommended to me by my wedding planner as they have worked together many times and we were having a destination wedding. I really didn't have too much in mind when we had our first call except for wanting some dark flowers and a "moody vibe" even though it was July. I also wasn't sure what to do for the altar because I didn't want to take away from the mountains in the background. Melissa talked me through all of it and we ended up having arrangements on top and inside of clear pillars and it was just simple and stunning! I'm also so glad we added some lighter pinks and creams to the overall color scheme. I LOVED my bouquet and the flower crown/collars she made for both of our dogs. :) The whole experience was super easy and we had the most perfect day!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Melissa and Field and Frond. From our first call, I knew she was the florist for us. Flowers have always been important to me, but I don’t know much about them or know the names of any I liked. Melissa asked all the right questions on our calls and in her questionnaire and nailed my vision perfectly. I wanted neutral flowers with a hint of soft color and timeless feel and that’s exactly what she delivered. She was such a joy to work with, so professional and executed everything perfectly. Planning a wedding is so hard but working with Melissa was truly one of the single easiest parts of my process. If you're lucky enough that she is available on your wedding date, she and her work are both priceless and worth every dollar. I was intimidated by wedding florals because I didn't think I had a clear vision, but from the moment I first spoke with her I felt at ease and fully supported, and like it was OK to say "I have no idea!" and she would be ready to help. She collaborates so well and with such a positive, kind approach, and she helped me discover that I did have more of a vision than I thought and helped me articulate it. She has a can-do-it attitude, worked seamlessly with other vendors, and synthesized our ideas and preferences so well with her own expertise. She pitched excellent ideas and we was excited to go with them because she made me feel so confident. She stayed several extra hours on the wedding day to pivot the design twice due to weather, and she cares so deeply about the couple's experience. The florals we ended up with were out of this world, and I don't think I would have been able to get that experience and end product with anyone but her - truly. Multiple guests said they wanted to get married in the northern WY region (with no connection to the area) just so they could hire her! And honestly, they should. Her work is that good.

Melissa was amazing to work with. She lived in a different town as me, so I never had the pleasure of meeting her face to face, but I had no concerns with that going into the big day. Each and every time I spoke with her over the phone, she made me feel reassured, comforted, and never once made me feel even more stressed. Often, with other vendors, I would leave a phone call feeling even more stressed and underprepared, but I never felt that way with Melissa. Not only was she an amazing vendor to work with leading up to our wedding, she also produced the most beautiful work. Her design was better than anything I could have dreamt of. She completely saw my vision and turned it to life. I will cherish the pictures of her beautiful creations forever. I couldn't be any happier with selecting her to do my wedding florals, and I would certainly recommend to anyone I know getting married!
