I would highly recommend going with Fancy Cakes to create the best wedding cake! We were blown away with how beautiful our cake turned out and how delicious is tasted. The process was also so simple and communication with Krystina was super easy and her response time was amazing!

We worked with Fancy Cakes through our vendor, The Palace at Somerset Park. We picked chocolate and vanilla cake with cannoli cream (yum!). It was so tasty. For the design, I wanted something different and gave her a picture with my description. She brought my vision to life. The design was exactly what I wanted!

What a wonderful experience! We were able to do a tasting and come up with a creative combination of cake flavors - with each tier being a different style! Krystina listened to us and helped us turn our loose concept into a firm design (even looking at our invitation design!) and a beautiful cake!! And it tasted amazing! As a person who does not always keep kosher but needed to have a kosher parve (free of anything that makes it "meat" such as lard or "dairy" such as butter or cream), this cake did not taste parve!! It was moist and light and flavorful!!

KRYSTINA GINANARIS is amazing!!!! She respond to all my annoying emails and inquiries! lol! She was very accommodating! We were late on our cake tasting because of parking but she was patient with us and allowed us to still go on with our appointment. All were delicious and taste real good! It was almost my birthday that time, she was so kind she allowed me to take home the cake tasting... hehe! She worked accordingly to my demands regarding my cake topper and style... delivery charges are very affordable even if my wedding was in Long Island City. Her cake design is great and it taste was better! all my guests took pieces of our cake!! THANK YOU LOVE!!!!!

I got a grooms cake from Cake & Co for my rehearsal dinner. I couldn't be more pleased! My husband almost cried when he saw the cake. It was so perfect for him and really an incredibly creative representation of what I asked for! It was a Pink Floyd/Yankees Cake!

Krystina was so responsive to all of my e-mails and prompt with sending any information I requested. She was great to work with through the creative process for the cake and I felt very confident in her skills. My only regret is that I didn't get to meet her in person! Cake was delivered on time to the restaurant as promised. Thank you!!!!

Kristina made us a book themed cake for our wedding. It was not tacky at all - it was beautiful and classy, and looked like a million bucks...and it cost a fraction of that!
