Restaurant Wedding Venues in Santa Barbara

I'm a wedding vendor who has been to hundreds of venues. This past weekend I was booked for a wedding at Arnold's Café for the first time and I'm so glad I was a part of this special celebration at a special place. There is just something magical about weddings at Arnold's Café, it's tucked into the charm of Santa Barbara, every celebration there feels intimate, timeless and full of love. The team was very well organized, I was able to set up very easily and seamless which makes all the difference on a big wedding day. The staff was very helpful, they even offered to help me with all my equipment. It was truly a pleasure working with a well organized and professional team. Big shoutout to Casey, Ruben and waitstaff! The food was fantastic and perfect. They serve the bruschetta's which is my favorite appetizer. I also love the chicken Parmesan and spaghetti. If you' are planning a wedding definitely reach out to the team, I highly recommend them!

We used them for our rehearsal dinner and we had excellent service with a private room to accommodate our party of 40. The food was great! I would use them over and over again!

The food was excellent!!! I heard a lot of great compliments from my guest about how good the food taste, and everybody left the restaurant FULL. NO complains whatsoever that the their wasn't enough food on the plate since it was a per plate dinner. We had three choices of entree: the chicken, seafood, and prime rib... and they were all excellent choices! The wait staff were excellent on their service, and met all our needs. The amount that it also cost us to feed a group of 35 people was within our budget. The table set up, centerpieces, and color napkins was provided without extra charge. Plus, we had a private room for our guest to enjoy the awesome view of the wharf, and a separate entrance just for our group which was an added special touch. I highly recommend this restaurant for any type of event. GREAT FOOD!!!

We couldn't be happier that we chose Custom House for our ceremony/reception. After eating at this place for years it was a total shock to find the hidden gem downstairs. A beautiful venue that is so nice you will save money on decorations. Ahna, our contact, and her staff were friendly, outgoing, and willing to help out in any way. They accommodated our schedule and never complained when we needed to get into the venue earlier than expected. The food was absolutely delicious and we received so many compliments on the dinner and appetizers. I don't think I could have been taken care of better had I paid triple the price further up the coast. Planning a wedding is stressful especially when you are you own coordinator so having a venue that can stay calm and are always helpful is a must! I would recommend the Old Custom House, again and again!

So much to love about this place! We had our wedding (ceremony and reception) here and wow the team and venue blew us away!! We had always loved dining at Luna when we visited SLO for the amazing tacos and delicious cocktails but the way the staff stepped up for our wedding was outstanding. They accommodated several late, special requests and at every point Alysia (our event coordinator) was an absolute joy to work with. Prompt clear communication and again, so accommodating! The outdoor dining area is a beautiful setting on any night but was a dream for our wedding night! Don't miss a chance to experience Luna Red if you're in town and think about having your next big event there too!!

OMG Andersen's has the best desserts!! We got a dessert display from them with assorted pastries and treats, as well as our cake. They did a great job and the guests just loved all of it - there were none left at the end of the night. The cake was really good, we did red velvet with white frosting on the outside. The Andersen ladies are so great to work with and truly have a love for what they do. Their restaurant is really pretty too, I have been to smaller events there and it would be a wonderful venue for an intimate dinner party, brunch or luncheon.

Every one of Leandro's dishes were beautifully, presented and delicious! He gave us many choices at the beginning of our conversations but guided us into a selection that ultimately worked perfectly together Communication was spot on the response to our inquiries was prompt His team clearly cared how the dishes were presented. But it is the quality of the food that stands out here. Everything was fresh and prepared to a level that would normally reflects an elevated event The guest were extremely complimentary. Making comments during the event but then recalling later just how much they enjoyed the food. We would use Leandro’s Cuban’s Italians without question for any wedding/welcome party/other cater events without hesitation

Craft House was a perfect spot for our welcome drinks/welcome party the night before our wedding. It was a great location and the bar space was spacious for all of our guests. The staff did a fantastic job and it was a great start to our perfect weekend!

We were lucky to have had our wedding reception at El Paseo in June of 2021. Troy and his team were beyond amazing, and we are so grateful to them for making our day so spectacular. Troy and Alex, the lead chef, planned out our entire evening - and everything was perfect. The decor was stunning, the food was absolutely fantastic, and all staff members were kind + FUN. They truly went above and beyond. We genuinely cannot recommend El Paseo enough, and we look forward to returning for many, many future dinners.
