There aren’t enough words to express how amazing my wedding day was, all thanks to Events by Promoidea. From the beginning, the process was so smooth. Hilsa was extremely helpful and kind. She showed us so many different examples of their work to get the ideas rolling in my head. I told them that I had wanted a holiday-themed wedding, and they did not disappoint. Hilsa was attentive, she responded to me quick every time I had some sort of doubt or anxiety, and made me feel extremely comfortbale when planning my wedding, which can be a really stressful process.
The day was beautiful. The way that I wanted things in my head was literally brought to life, from the flowers, the tables, the decor...its like they read my mind! The venue is absolutely stunning and perfect for anyone who wants to have something small and intimate with the ones that they love most. I will recommend Events by Promoidea to everyone now, whether it be for any event; birthday, baby shower, special dinner, wedding, etc. I still have not heard enough from my family and friends about how beautiful and perfect my wedding was. I hired Events by Promoidea about a month before our wedding, because I started getting stressed and needed the extra hand. Hilsa was more than an extra hand; she was about 10 hands! She was always an email or text away when I needed her. Hilsa and Francisco took care of everything and all the last minute planning. They alleviated my stress and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was a breeze. I hired Hilsa and her team for their Day of Coordinator services and it was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding in general. I can't say enough about Hilsa and what an amazing job she did a month leading up to the wedding and the day of. She was very professional, very detailed oriented and just an absolute sweetheart. Let me just say I tend to be a bit of a control freak but Hilsa just took care of everything in such a way that made me feel comfortable and not stressed. I can honestly say, that I was able to enjoy the wedding/party because I knew Hilsa was taking care of everything else. Worth every penny!!! Thank you Hilsa!!

Events By Promoidea is the reason my wedding went off without a hitch! As a conservative spender, I didn't think it was necessary to hire someone for her job, and I was very wrong! (Mom was right, again!) Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and creative style were exactly what was needed to create a wedding that EVERYONE absolutely loved. Hilsa and Franck was able to step in and resolve every sticky (or potentially sticky) situation before it ever came to my attention or became a problem. In addition, she does a great job of "reading" personalities and meeting the needs of all people, while still putting my thoughts first. There are very few people who could do her job as well as she does; I'm incredibly thankful!
