Where to start? Megan was incredible, always there for you. Throughout the whole process coordinating with the other vendors, she made our daughter so calm throughout the process! she got her winter wedding of her dreams, everyone commented for such a large wedding party and guests. Everything ran so smoothly!! We would highly recommend Megan if you want your day to be extra special again she is amazing, and such a lovely person to!!

I cannot say enough good things about Megan!! From the moment we hired her she was so organized, helpful, and is just genuinely such a sweet person! She was so much help with the big and little details and because of her I went into my wedding day feeling so calm and relaxed! The entire day went off without a hitch and that is all because of Megan!

Megan was so amazing!! My husband and I knew from the moment we met her that she would be great to work with - she is incredibly organized, helpful, fun, and thinks of everything. It was so nice going into our wedding month/week/day knowing that she was on top of all the details. She did all the final vendor outreach and confirmations, picked up our wedding cake in the morning, helped set up our reception area, and assisted in clean up at the end of the night. Also, we had a mishap with the party bus we rented and she stayed so calm and on top of it - letting us know our options and her recommendations, and everything ended up working out. She also took so many pictures and videos throughout the day and checked in on us throughout the night. There was not a single detail that we discussed that got by her - everything was exactly as we pictured and she really made our vision come to life. Having Megan truly reduced so much stress and allowed us to focus more on the day itself and just have fun. Could not recommend her more!!

My mom and I went back and forth on whether or not we thought a wedding coordinator would be necessary and I couldn’t be happier that we decided to go with Megan! She was thoughtful, attentive, and efficient. She helped the entire wedding day and rehearsal run smoothly. I knew I had nothing to worry about with her around. She was on multiple calls with us, unlimited emails for the month, wrote down every last detail during our venue walkthrough - she was so on top of everything and was a HUGE point of relief to take stress off me (bride) during the last month. Every task that my type-A self thought I needed to do, Megan quickly jumped on a took it off my plate and our wedding quite literally would not have been the level of production and smoothness without her.

Megan is a master of organization, flawlessly coordinating every vendor, from the florist to the caterers, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. She alleviated any potential stress, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the day. To boot, she is totally cool as a cucumber and she was genuinely fun and nice to be around during our wedding day. She has the kind of personality that just exudes comfort and that “old friendship” feel, which is so welcome at an intimate event like a wedding.

Megan also did so many things that aren’t even in her job description for us, she is the definition of going “above and beyond”. Something happened to our catering staff and our server wasn’t available to bus the tables; when I went inside to get seconds in the kitchen - Megan was in there rinsing our dishes! When all of the candles started melting in the sun, she rushed them inside and saved them without the wedding party even seeing. She worked so incredibly hard for us to have our dream wedding and to allow us to relax and not even notice the tiny things that inevitably go wrong on a wedding day. Her ability to think on her feet and stay calm under pressure made her an invaluable asset throughout the entire event.

From our very first meeting, I knew I not only wanted Megan for our big day, but I needed her. In the months/weeks leading up to the wedding, she was a tremendous help. She was always two steps ahead, guiding us in the right direction and setting us up for success. Megan is a life saver during the wedding planning process. She is so organized and has so many wonderful tips and pointers to make your planning process and day of smooth. She was with me for all my final meetings with vendors, organized the day of schedule, and was the point of contact for all vendors. She took so much of the work and stress off my plate. She was very responsive to my millions of questions and she did a wonderful job bringing my decor vision to life. She thinks of the smallest things that you would never think of, like using scented candles for the reception. Could not recommend her enough!!
