Chelsea will ensure that every detail of your celebration is carefully considered and expertly executed. Packages available include varying levels of service, from partial and full planning to day-of coordination. Chelsea also offers event rental services and can provide you with a number of products for your day, such as photo backdrops, a champagne wall, pedestals, and furniture.

Complete Event Planning & Design Package $2,250

Pre-Event consultation, Budget management, Vendor recommendations & bookings. You'll receive a list of the preferred vendors I recommend as well as help with communication & booking all vendors, Create a design and inspiration board to ensure your vision is achieved, Attend all meetings with other vendors/services providers, Multiple Site Visits, Detailed day of timeline and management of timeline, Unlimited email & phone consultations, Set-Up & Breakdown of Event, Additional on- site assistant(s) during set up if needed, Access to in house inventory, Rehearsal coordination, and ALL details in between.

Partial Planning & Design Package $1,500

Design & Décor Package $750

Pre-event consultation, Create a design and inspiration board to ensure your vision is achieved, Communicate with vendors and service providers, with reasonable notification of meetings, I will attend all meetings with vendors and communicate with all vendors throughout the planning process and immediately following the event, layout assistance, Event day timeline clearly communicated to vendors as agreed upon, Oversee event Floorplan & layout and verified with all vendors involved.
