Espana is fabulous. The food is fresh and creative. Chef Roberto, the owner, was very flexible with the menu and was able to give us a raw bar with the exact oysters and crab claws we wanted, as well as items from his menu like ceviche and burrata. The quality of the food was superb. We were impressed that nothing tasted overcooked, and everything was hot, well-prepared, and delivered on time. The Paella was delivered steaming hot in giant pans that took two men to carry. They presented the paella in this grand way before all our guests before portioning it into smaller family-style dishes. It really was as magical as it sounds. Excellent restaurant, great people. They are selective about taking on catering events, but if they are able to take yours on, you will not be disappointed.
