She was professional, warm, and welcoming when my Mom and I first contacted her to help us with our wedding party florals and very accommodating to our needs and ideas. Hours that E's Floral has are great. The owner Elissa is great when it comes to weddings. She bends over backwards for her clients. If your not sure what kinds of flowers you want at your wedding she gives suggestions. She is more than willing to stay well with in your budget. If I had to do my wedding all over again she would be the one I would go to for the floral arrangements.

E's Florals in Solon is managed by its namesake, Elisha. She is such a fun person to plan with. She is always supportive, helpful, and flexible when it comes to getting what you want out of your wedding flowers. If you have particular tastes, E is the person to talk with. She will orchestrate the perfect bouquets based on your likes and dislikes. The day of our wedding, one of our more fastidious bridesmaids noticed a few of the flowers in one bouquet had started to wilt a bit. She called E and within 20 minutes, E had brought in replacements and switched them out. It was so fast that I didn't even know it had happened until after the wedding.

HORRIBLE Experience - My co-workers and I ordered a memorial gift for another co-worker's mother-in-law passing away. The gift was supposed to be delivered on Wed. My co-worker that order it received 1 miss call from the shop on Friday afternoon (right before they close). She called back and no one answer. The shop is closed on Sat. The shop called her again on Monday (by this time the gift is several days late). The owner the the shop yelled at my co-worker. E (the owner) said they tried deliver the gift but no one was ever home. My co-worker tried to explain that they don't live in town but were there for the funeral and that was the address we were given. She could have just left them on the porch for them. E started yelling stating they don't do that and it is listed on her website. My co-worker and I went back to the website and it is not listed anywhere. Under the FAQ it states that they will leave it in a save spot. It also states that they would call before going out to deliver and my co-worker has no miss calls from the shop until late Friday afternoon. The owner is absolutely rude and yelled at my co-worker several times and wouldn't let her talk. When we asked for a refund we only got partial back to take in account for gas for the times they tried to deliver. The shop kept $40. I am sorry, I know gas is pricey right now but not $40. I would NOT recommend using this floral shop. The owner is rude and impossible to work with.
