Erin did such an amazing job with not only our wedding day but our engagement photos. She is always on time and efficient. Her skills for capturing that perfect shot definitely show through with her work. We are very pleased with our photos from our special day and I would highly recommend Erin!!

Beware!!! I booked Erin as our wedding photographer. We had our engagement session (January 2014) and I was unhappy with the photos. They just did not seem to capture our personalities. When we booked with her we had to pay half of the package (engagement and wedding) up front. When I notified Erin that I was unhappy with the photos and planned to go another direction for the wedding she did not respond to my emails for weeks. I offered to pay for the engagement session but requested a refund on the remainder of the deposit I paid. After waiting over a month with no response I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. She did respond to the complaint and said that she would refund the money once she filled the date (this was back in March 2014). I checked back in with her in June but she did not respond. Our wedding came and went with no refund from Erin. Our wedding was beautiful and we had a wonderful photographer but I wanted to tell my story so that no other bride has to deal with the stress and lose money on Erin Whitney Photography.
