Locally owned, friendly, easy to work with - love them!

I am so excited about the tent and the tables that we are renting from Eric! He is VERY affordable and friendly! He was able to get me exactly what I wanted without trying to over charge. They are so flexible with delivery and pick up times and affordable! They even set up the tent!

We rented 300 coffee cups on one day and 50 on another day. They were so cute and so inexpensive! Somehow, one came up missing after our wedding reception and Eric's Rentals didn't charge us a penny for it! They said it was fine and thanked us for our business.
Great rental vendor! I would use them again!

Wonderful!!!!!! Everyone at Eric's was so patient and kind with my mother and me when helping us pick out linens and decorations for my wedding reception. They sometimes even acted as the mediator helping me to get my point of view across and displaying multiple options when I was unsure of what to choose. A great place to rent your wedding stuff. He has everything you could need, just don't let the rough exterior fool you. He seems like a gruff man renting mechanical equipment (and he is) but he really knows his table runners, charger plates, etc.

Eric's is a one-stop shop here in Jackson where you can get everything from silverware, linens, tables, tents--everything you need for your reception deco minus the lighting! I enjoyed meeting with them to plan and reserve my rentals, and I did enjoy working with the owner and another young man who took all of my calls when I modified my order. I did not see the condition of the rentals once they arrived, but everything appeared to be clean, pressed and the furniture didn't look worn or dirty. I really had no issue at all with them until the day that the rentals were supposed to be delivered. We had arranged for delivery on the Saturday before my Monday lunchtime wedding, but Eric's informed me that they would not be able to deliver until 10am on Monday---not happening! Thankfully my wedding planner took care of all of the arrangements and everything went as planned and looked fabulous. My suggestions for you if you use Eric's is 1) get event insurance for instances like this and 2) please make sure you get your delivery date and time in writing! Jackson doesn't have a lot of options for rentals, so just make sure you have everything confirmed with them if you're an oddball who needs rentals for a Monday!
