Epic was amazing to work with. We had our engagement shoot done with them as well as both days of our wedding. They gave us our engagement pictures within a week and a half and were very cooperative with us when there was a problem with the lens malfunctioning, offered to reedit the photos no problem. Lauren, our photographer, was fantastic, she helped us with poses, made sure we got all the shots we wanted. On the wedding day, there was some miscommunication about what time she was supposed to leave, and she was able to stay an extra hour no problem. They were very organized with all the information I sent them, and I had no problem at all. Now, I am just waiting to receive our photos! Sure they will be wonderful.
