Outstanding work and service Custom engraved wine bottle and glasses for bridal party

I was so excited to find this company! I had very sentimental glass pieces that I wanted etched. When I called, I spoke to a great guy who answered all my questions and engaged in the task and understood the sensitivity of the items. I drove over an hour (that's how important this was to me) and visited to see their work and bring a sample of the bottle to work off of. Meeting was great and work I saw was beautiful- I was sold! But, he said he would be leaving in a week and I would be in good hands. WRONG! The woman who took over was horrible- no design input, insensitive to the subject matter and just looked to find reasons to upcharge for every little thing even though I had discussed everything with the original man I signed on with. I finally had enough and just pulled the order. A waste of time and effort- huge disappointment for such a promising place. Do better.
