Empire Booths was an amazing company to work with. Jap was super easy to work with. I booked him very last minute, literally less than a week before my wedding. He was so accommodating and didn’t give a slightest bit of stress. He asked a few questions and went straight to business. His responses were super fast. I worked on a logo the photo booth print outs and sent him the final product less than 24 hours prior my event but he still managed to make it work. I can clearly tell Empire Booths truly cares about their customers. If you have a future event I promise you Empire Booths won’t fail to disappoint. Especially for a bride that is running around doing a million things at once. The part that stood out the most was he actually cared for his couple. When the party was about to end he actually asked my bridesmaid to look for us so he can get a picture of my husband and I in the photo booth. Rarely vendors like photo booth entertainment care about getting a picture of the couple. Weddings are hectic and I truly forgot that I had a photo booth person. If it wasn’t for Jap being thoughtful then we would’ve never gotten our pictures taken in the booth. Super easy going vendor to work with! Will recommend them a million times! Love ya Jap!
