We had a fairly short engagement (5 months), so finding a wedding photographer that wasn't already booked was a challenge. Luckily, Emma was recommended to us by another photographer, and we couldn't have been happier that she was. From the first meeting, she made us feel at ease. She was super laid back and has a very calming presence (very different from a lot of photographers I've witnessed at friends' weddings).

We had to reschedule our engagement photos several times due to weather - but she was always flexible and able to accommodate what worked with our schedules. Our wedding was just 2 and a half weeks ago, so we haven't received all of our pics back yet, but the ones she has sent us are awesome, and I can't wait to see the rest. I've had several comments from our guests that it seemed like Emma and her assistant took "thousands" of pictures - mostly candids, which is exactly what we wanted.

I've loved working with Emma and am sad she is moving to the East Coast, but I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a chill, laid back, extremely talented wedding photographer.

Emma was AMAZING! Starting with our first meeting, she was so calming and made me feel so relaxed and open around her - very important when you will have this person with during some very personal moments. Our engagement photo shoot was fun and easy and the photos turned out great, so we were very excited to see our wedding pics. Emma sent a few previews right after the wedding, which was great, and got us all the pictures within 5 weeks! There are hundreds (maybe even 1000 photos) and they are literally all good! She captures each and every moment, expression, emotion, etc. Our family and friends commented on how professional she was at the wedding and they all have complimented her work since - many recently married friends have said they wish they had hired her! You can't go wrong with Emma!
