Hi all! My name is Elkin, and I'm one half and main shooter of your photography team; the other half is Angie, my beautiful wife and business manager! Together, we focus on providing our brides with a seamless experience. There are plenty of other things to worry about when planning a wedding, and our main goal is to ensure your photography needs/planning are not one of those concerns! Leave that to us! When you book with us, you can expect a photographer who will always prioritize your needs and concerns, no matter how big or small; we are here for you 24/7 and 365 days a year from the time you inquire about your wedding until we deliver your wedding gallery. We currently reside in the Hudson Valley, Beacon, NY, to be exact, and while I'd love to stay within the Hudson Valley area, I'm not opposed to traveling further south into NYC.
A bit of a background on us: we have been together for 25 years and married for 15 years. For a long time, it was just us; we were able to build a successful wedding/portrait business that took us to many places around the world and helped us achieve many dreams; one of those was being able to afford a long 10-year battle with infertility. After multiple rounds of IVF, we finally were blessed with our little boy 2 years ago! Since then, as any parent would understand, our lives have become HIM... I took a hiatus from wedding photography to be as present as I could be with him. I simply didn't want to risk not giving as much of myself to my bride as I was once able to because of parenthood. This decision in an ever-evolving industry like ours caused me to lose all momentum I once had, and I sort of find myself starting over, sort of....so there you have me, unfiltered, honest, and honored to hopefully be a part of your day and get back to shooting beautiful weddings more regularly.
