Chef Lex received classical training in French and International Cuisine at Culinary Institute LeNotre. She then became Executive Chef at one of Montgomery County’s largest non-profit organizations, cooking community meals daily for those in need. Since 2019, Chef Lex has grown her passion for food into a successful business and brings her love for fine dining to the catering industry.

Angela received classical training in French and International Cuisine at Culinary Institute LeNotre. She then became a Sous Chef at one of Montgomery County’s largest non-profit organizations, cooking community meals daily for those in need.

Shelaine is currently attending Culinary Institute LeNotre, and working towards her degree in Culinary Arts.
