I would agree with the above poster. Nancy and her assistant Deena coordinated our 3 day, 300 person Indian wedding from start to finish and we couldnt have asked for anything more! Highly recc if you want the most stress free wedding possible!

Nancy Fields is a fabulous wedding planner! She is committed to making everyone in the wedding party happy (this includes mothers-in-law!). She is extremely tasteful, professional, and trustworthy! She's now a friend of the family!

Overall, the wedding went smoothly. That said, the services provided by the planner was subpar and not worth the 'full service' price (Nancy only charges for full services rather than day of). During planning, Nancy was not organized and not efficient with timing of tasks. I had to remind her when we were behind and of all the details the vendors had discussed with us. I was highly disappointed because I planned the majority of my wedding on my own. Her slow demeanor stressed me out more than helped me out.

On the wedding day, she stressed me out even though I put together a pretty thorough itinerary (again, on my own bc the itinerary put together for me was not detailed at all). First, Nancy instructed my bridesmaids to start the processional bc some guest had asked her to rather than waiting for the queue from the DJ for the appropriate song. Luckily, my bridesmaids knew the itinerary and informed me immediately to which I asked Nancy to queue the DJ to start the procession correctly. Next, in the midst of recessional, Nancy pulled me aside to ask where to place the gift table during the cocktail hour. This decision could have been made by her and it was NOT an appropriate time to pull me aside. During planning, we had discussed that Nancy would cut the cake into pieces for our guest. After we initially cut the cake, Nancy only cut a few corner pieces rather than the full cake which led to a long guest line. When my sister noticed this, she found Nancy and her team outside the reception hall eating dinner (I was told they would rotate eating) and Nancy refused to go back inside. My sister had to have a stand off with her until her assistant agreed to go back inside and cut the cake. Lastly, she bothered THE BRIDE 3 times during the reception on where to place the leftover cookies from the ceremony earlier that day - I already told her ONCE to trash it.

I do appreciate the assistants who did a great job but would NOT recommend Nancy.
