I have been making pies, tarts, strudels and cakes for over 40 years watching my own mother bake when I was a little girl. I have always had a love for baking and creating decant tasting desserts. My journey has taken me to becoming a pastry chef, and enrolling in the Culinary Education Cake Design in New York City to learning the art of making handcrafted sugar flowers in London England. I love every time I create a unquie decant sponge and seeing the happiness of celebration shared by my couples who I enjoy working with. Every cake is as unique as the couples that is it made for. An edible masterpiece that tells your story.

Cyndi will immediately get to work on sourcing the highest-quality ingredients before offering a tasting session to ensure her cakes taste as good as they look. When satisfaction is confirmed, Elegant Cakes By Cyndi will arrange delivery and set up at the wedding venue.
