I have been making pies, tarts, strudels and cakes for over 40 years watching my own mother bake when I was a little girl. I have always had a love for baking and creating decant tasting desserts. My journey has taken me to becoming a pastry chef, and enrolling in the Culinary Education Cake Design in New York City to learning the art of making handcrafted sugar flowers in London England. I love every time I create a unquie decant sponge and seeing the happiness of celebration shared by my couples who I enjoy working with. Every cake is as unique as the couples that is it made for. An edible masterpiece that tells your story.

Services Offered

Couples can contact Elegant Cakes By Cyndi for an initial consultation to discuss their vision for the big day. Cyndi will immediately get to work on sourcing the highest-quality ingredients before offering a tasting session to ensure her cakes taste as good as they look. When satisfaction is confirmed, Elegant Cakes By Cyndi will arrange delivery and set up at the wedding venue. Now offering decadent “ Fudgy” Gourmet Brownies & Blondies.

Beautiful Cake

Cyndi created a stunning cake featuring tropical colors of hand made sugar flowers for a bridal shower. The cake was absolutely delicious, and fit our theme beautifully! I provided an inspiration photo of a tropical bouquet, and Cyndi delivered a gorgeous cake prominently displaying dozens of handmade flowers. Would definitely recommend Cyndi for your special day.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

We decided very last minute to do a cake and 150 cupcakes and Cyndi was an absolute dream to work with! It was only about a month before our wedding when we decided we actually did want a cake and desert table and she said yes without any hesitation! We sent her over our vision and she worked with us to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. SO many of our guests came up to us on our wedding and even texted us after telling us how amazing the cupcakes were and the personal cake was so beautiful. We are SO happy we decided last minute to choose Cyndi and It couldn’t have been more perfect!

Wedding Cake Stunner!

Elegant cakes by Cyndi made both my bridal shower cake and my wedding cake! I cannot express on a review how delicious and stunning my cakes were. Cyndi worked with me throughout the process, understood what I wanted, and sincerely delivered and then some! Her cakes were delicious and beautiful. I received so many compliments at my wedding reception on the cake and it’s show stopping sugar flowers! I look forward to our milestone anniversary cakes! Her talent and passion for her craft stood out to me and was one of the best wedding vendors I worked with.

Worked within our budget, beautiful cake!

Cyndi was wonderful to work with. She made the most beautiful and decant tasting cake. The handmade sugar flowers were detailed beyond belief. Our guests were amazed at the beauty of our cake but that it was so moist and delicious. She worked within our budget and we were so pleased. She delivered and set up our cake on the most beautiful gold lighted stand. The wow effect was incredible. Highly recommend her. She’s so kindhearted and professional to work with.
