Ekness catering was amazing! They were very organized and had input about the type of food that should be served. We had a guest amount of about 200 so we were very concerned about the budget but they were very easy to work with and we had just a little amount of left overs - they put some aside so we could actually eat it! Besides being very easy to work with and traveling to Spokane for the wedding the food was absolutely amazing! We have heard nothing but great review from guests at the wedding. Also, we were having some issues with our venue decorations and they helped our coordinator fix the lights and also helped decorate some of our tables; all this was done out of kindness and wanting our day to be perfect!

We love them and will be using them in the future if we ever have any event and will recommend them to anyone in the future!

Ekness Catering was fantastic to work with! Their menu is very thought out and absolutely delicious - BBQ style. They are a family business and you can feel that in the way they do business. We didn't have them actual cater the wedding itself - they weren't present at the wedding, we picked up the food from them wedding day and did self serve. But, they provided all of the food in containers that were perfect for the food. The food was kept warm and was beautifully displayed. I would recommend them to anyone!!
