We used Alyssa and Effortlyss Events as our Day-of-Coordinator and I am so happy we did! Alyssa and her team truly made our day seamless and helped everything flow so smoothly, there was not one single issue.

Alyssa made our day-of schedule, attended venue details meetings with us and was there for us every step of the way with guidance and answers. We trusted her and felt so comfortable knowing that she had everything under control. For example, I had told her that I didn't want to spend too much time taking photographs after our ceremony, and she made sure to move everything along in an efficient manner while still making sure we had all the photos we wanted.

She is very responsive, professional and friendly, and she is so invested in making sure you and your family have the absolute perfect day.

Alyssa was amazing to work with. I hired her as a day of coordinator which came with 3 meetings before, her and her sister the day of, and an instantaneous shared album of 400 pics of my wedding day. Truly I know it’s an investment and there’s a lot of things to budget for a wedding this was the ONE that was absolutely necessary. Even my fiancé said it was the best decision I made through the process. They met us at the hotel then came to the venue. Alyssa sends you a Google excel sheet to help you organize and works through everything with you beforehand. She contacts your vendors and makes sure everything is smooth sailing when the day comes. They check on the little details throughout the day and packed up our bridal suite. I can’t put into words how helpful they were throughout the day. They are so nice and genuine and a pleasure to have around your family and friends.

Hiring Effortlyss Events was the best decision I EVER made! As soon as I spoke with Alyssa on the phone, I knew that I needed her as my day-of wedding coordinator - little did I know that the Effortlyss Team would be so much more than that! We met at least 2 months before my wedding day, and Alyssa and Bianca supplied me with the holy grail of organizational planners. Seriously, no detail went unnoticed! The girls even took time out of their busy schedules to meet with me up at Westmount Country Club a couple of weeks before my wedding to run through everything with me. They put me at ease before my wedding even happened!

My entire wedding day went so smoothly thanks to the Effortlyss Team. I didn't have to worry about who was going to bring the programs to the church, where my bag was, if I needed deodorant, and all of the many other little details you don't even think about until the actual day of your wedding. Whenever I needed something, Alyssa and Bianca were there. Bianca didn't leave my side during our 2+ hours of photos - she fluffed my train, fixed my hair and made sure my lip gloss was always on point! On top of that, she took hundreds of behind the scenes photos for me to have! And all the while, Alyssa was inside assisting vendors and the entire Westmount Country Club team to ensure that everything was running smoothly. As the night went on, Alyssa and Bianca made sure we stuck to our timeline that we put together. One of the most helpful things they did was actually pack up my car with all of the items that we brought up to Westmount (think sparklers, table numbers, even our freaking wedding cake!!) Once the party ended all we needed to do was hop in our car and go home - we didn't have to worry about a single thing!

I seriously cannot thank the Effortlyss Team enough for all of their hard work - they go above and beyond, are super organized, and are some of the sweetest girls you will ever meet! RUN, don't walk, to hire this dream team for your big day!! :)

Alyssa and Bianca did an outstanding job in helping coordinate the wedding day. They are both so kind and wonderful and incredibly experienced. They have done numerous weddings/events at the Farmhouse so I knew I was in good hands. While the bulk of their work is done on the day of the wedding, they did meet with us several times leading up to the wedding and made me feel so much more at ease. They took my vision and literally ran with it and for that I am incredibly grateful! If you are looking or on the fence about day of coordinators, I cannot recommend Lyss and B enough. Not only did they run the wedding (processional line ups, etc.,) Bianca was also our own personal paparazzi. She took so many great behind the scenes photos and shared them with us later that night and I’m so thankful for those.

Alyssa & Bianca made our day go so smoothly - I did not have to worry about any little details! Their meetings leading up to the wedding were so comforting and they had such knowledge of all the details by the time wedding day came around -that they were able to handle it all! Even an A+ type bride like myself was put to ease! Someone was always by my side and by the end I feel like they became more like friends! I had so much fun with them, and I could not thank them enough for spending the day with us!

Where do I even begin. I am forgetful, messy and anxious on a daily basis...can you imagine what that's like on your wedding day!? I couldn't tell you because I was none of the above. Alyssa and Bianca are truly some of the most amazing people I've ever met. From keeping my fiance and I on task with their organized and detailed Wedding Workbook, to helping with a finicky champagne wall...they were on it and with a smile every step of the way. No task was too big or too small. They had their hands full with our Wedding Venue and man oh man, did they DELIVER. I'm always the do-er and the one that takes care of others, so it was a great feeling being taken care of and helped by them both. I didn't even have to worry about my phone blowing up by vendors because they were on it. I'm telling you...RUN to book with Effortlyss because you will not regret it!

Hiring Effortlyss Events for my wedding day was the absolute best decision ever. Both Alyssa and Bianca are just amazing at what they do. They kept our day so on time that we were able to do our first look early and have an hour before the ceremony to just relax. They both paid so much attention to detail and asked me questions to ensure what my own vision for certain decor was. My husband even forgot our change of clothes at the hotel and Bianca went to the hotel to get them for us. They are both so dedicated and sweet and it was just the best working with them. I feel like they were a huge part of why the day went so amazing. They went above and beyond and my entire family was raving about them. You need a day of coordinator to take the stress of yourself. I found Effortlyss Events through a coworker. I knew right away after our first conversation they were a great fit for me. They went above and beyond during the year I planned my wedding. They also helped my mom plan my bridal shower. The day was flawless and so special. They really kicked it into high gear the month before my wedding and we had almost daily conversations about all the fine details. They kept me organized and made sure I wasn't missing anything. I felt relaxed and at ease going into my wedding weekend. The day of the wedding they were by my side helping in any way to help the day run smoothly. They were so professional and organized but they also kept the day fun and upbeat! I also had a major issue the day of my wedding (My venue forgot to order the champage chivary chairs). The coordinators were right on top of the issue and they were able to help coordinate bringing them in from a different vendor. They saved the day. I would highly recommend them for any bride looking for a day of coordinator. By the end of my wedding planning they became much more than coordinators. They were like my friends!

What an amazing team. It's like having a bestie lookout for everything you need on your wedding day. I was hesitant in getting a wedding planner/day of coordinator because I thought I could do it all and take care of everything on my own on my day...but boy was I wrong. It was literally a dream having Alyssa and Bianca being a part of our big day. They were so wonderful with my family, bridal party and all my vendors. So glad that we pulled the trigger and hired them. I wish I could relive this day over and over again!
