By far the worst photography company I have worked with. Everything that was in the contract meant nothing to the owner Jolene. We were supposed to get proofs back in 4-6 weeks, it took 5 months. After that, she became unresponsive to any form on communication. After a year and a half of no albums, I had to hire an attorney to get my 3 albums and enlarged canvas. When the attorney got in contact with Jolene she advised she needs a few hundred more dollars because our album had too many photos. It wasn't until then she realized that her contract didn't say how many photos in total could be in the albums. She hand delivered my albums on my two year anniversary and had the audacity to ask if I wanted to book her for a maternity shoot since I was pregnant! If anyone recommends her, run for the hills!!!
