They were on time and professional. Nothing much to say except I was satisfied.

I had my wedding this past weekend on Saturday May 26, 2012 and I also used East Coast Limo for my bachelorette party about a month ago and our driver was great but there were some issues with the limo itself. On the bachelorette party, the radio was broken and the hook up for the IPOD connection was broken. The only thing that was working was the CD player, but we had no CD's with us to play, since I specifically asked if there would be a hook up for the IPOD.

For my wedding, I was absolutely furious with this company. They called me around 10am on Saturday (the morning of my wedding). They told me that the Hummer Limo I reserved needed a new compressor and would not be in use until Tuesday. I asked what they would be sending me instead and they told me they could send a 15 seater Excursion. The Hunner Limo seats 25-28 people. Our bridal party was 25 people. That is why we reserved the larger limo, so no the Excursion would not accomodate all of us. They then sent us 2 limo's, which we did not like but dealt with it. The bridal party had to split up which really was an inconvenience, not to mention the limo driver in the Cadillac was awful. He made us car sick. The air condition was broken in both vehicles. It was 86 outside on Saturday and it felt like 100 inside the limo. We preferred to stand outside because the limo's were so hot. I will not be using this company again.

WE HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! WE WISH WE WOULD HAVE GONE WITH ANOTHER LIMO COMPANY. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE WHAT WE CONTRACTED INTO AND REQUESTED. THEY CONTRACT OUT TO ANOTHER LIMO COMPANY AND IT SEEMED LIKE THE RIGHT HAND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE LEFT WAS DOING. THIS WAS THE ONLY VENDOR THAT WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH.

I would not recommend this limo service to anyone. Our driver, also maybe the owner, did nothing but drive us from place to place. He never opened the door for me and our party and never helped me (the BRIDE) climb out of the vehicle. All he did was drive.

These people are actual DIRT BAGS and screwed up people. Not only should you not use them, but they deserve to be put out of business. Nasty, rude, disgusting people. They make the people who work at the DMV, look like saints.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PIGS!!

Horrendous level of service. If you ever consider using a limo service that offers red carpet treatment you need to use another company. They took over an hour to travel 20 minutes so our daughter Paige Walsh was late by 30 minutes to the church for her own wedding The driver was more interested In listening to his music than being concerned about his assignment. We had to contact the driver by phone to find out his whereabouts.
We even notified the GM, Susan Allen by phone for her involvement with no success. We sent Susan Allen an email asking for compensation and we were informed her fleet manager was out of town and she would get back to is shortly. She never once called us back. I reached out to her again and left a message. It has been four weeks since the wedding with no reaction to our issue. I had to call her again and she offered me a couple hours of free rental as an offset and she would send me that in writing to my email address before the end of the day. I am not surprised that she didn't follow through with that offer as well. So bottom line if you want a great experience with a limo service DONT USE EAST COAST LIMOUSINE. THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE AND THE MANAGEMENT DOESNT STAND BEHIND THEIR COMMITMENTS!
