GORGEOUS site, indoor and outdoor! The main reason we picked this venue was the fact that if it rained we would have an equally beautiful indoor option. We had a lot of compliments from guests on how gorgeous the site was. Also very reasonably priced with several catering options so the price wasn’t driven up. Jen was very responsive and accommodating to any needs and questions we had.

There are so many perks to having a wedding at Eagan Community Center. It is a beautiful and affordable venue. If renting the Oaks rooms, you have the flexibility of using the entire room to host a large guest list or sectioning off that room for a smaller, more intimate space. There are plenty of parking spaces for guests. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained for an outdoor ceremony. We had our wedding in July when all the flowers were in full bloom and the place was breathtakingly beautiful. There are so many spots for wedding photography! We took photos along the walking path, on the bridge near the gazebo and in front of the pond with the fountain. Honestly, there was no need for us to bring an aisle runner or an archway for our ceremony. The landscaping is enough to set the scene for a beautiful, romantic ceremony in the summertime. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We worked with Jen and she was very accommodating. She was quick to respond to our emails when we had questions. She made sure we had everything we needed, including a bistro table for our unity ceremony and high chairs at some tables during reception. The Eagan Community Center does require that you choose your food and drink cater from a list of select vendors. We were very impressed by the quality of service we received from the vendors we worked with. We'd highly recommend this venue for any couple that would like a beautiful location for ceremony and/or reception at an affordable price.

This space was perfect for our wedding. I was initially a little iffy because of it being a community center but we completely transformed the space. We used sitting pretty decor to decorate and they did outstanding!!!! The center did a great job answering our questions and had a large vendor list to help us narrow everything down.

Beautiful setting, and fantastic service. We met with Jen a couple of times. and she was always so nice and accommodating. The center was set up perfectly, even after a late in the game redesign of the layout. I am so happy with our choice of venues and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to host an event.

The Eagan Community Center did an amazing job helping us with our wedding. Living out of state, I was worried it would be hard to communicate and get things done, but Jen is amazing and so responsive to emails! They helped us every step of the way and not to mention it is a great value!!

This is an AMAZING venue! We had our September 23 wedding here, and it was a dream venue for us. When we started our initial search for a venue, we were having trouble finding a space that we loved. A coworker recommended we look at ECC, and I was a little hesitant with it being a "community center". However, once you are inside the ballroom, you feel like you are inside a country club. The floor-to-ceiling windows are BEAUTIFUL and the views of the walking paths, pond, and wooded areas make you feel like you are secluded in your own world. We had a smaller wedding of 150 people, but I loved that there was enough space for people to move around and take a break from the dance floor if they needed to-- our guests were able to step outside on the patio, or move into the bar/lobby area to jump in our photo booth.

Jen was amazing to work with throughout the whole planning process. She was quick to respond to all calls and emails, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our event. She had a great relationship with all of the vendors we used, which minimized the amount of work and communication I had to do with every vendor. The entire staff that worked on our wedding day was wonderful as well. We were planning on having an outdoor ceremony, but we ended up getting rained out and had to move everything indoors. The staff was able to quickly flip the ballroom and make it look like we had been planning on an indoor ceremony all along. Everything came together so smoothly and effortlessly.

I can't say enough good things about the Eagan Community Center and the staff. I highly recommend booking this venue for your wedding!

Beautiful venue! We loved the patio and gorgeous outdoor space. Jen was great to work with and responded to my numerous emails in the months leading up to the wedding. One downfall is they only allow one alcohol caterer (and they were expensive!)

Jen was absolutely wonderful to work with and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to have our reception! ECC keeps their site beautiful and though the venue is large, it felt like we were in our own world!

Beautiful indoor ceremony and reception site with options for outdoor photos (lake, gazebo, wooded area)! We loved the full length windows the allowed natural light to stream in and made for excellent pictures. Having the ceremony and reception at one site made it easy for the many out of town guests we had. Jen, the site's wedding coordinator, was prompt in her responses and very thorough with details.

I had been to two wedding receptions at this venue and thought they were absolutely gorgeous. They have a ballroom off the community center with a large vestibule area perfect for receiving your guests. The large stone pillars and massive floor to ceiling windows provide the best backdrop for the reception. The options were endless when working with Jen Savor. She was very responsive and catered to all my requests. The night of the reception, she had a staff that assisted with the bridal party, offered a private room for the wedding party to hold their belongings and managed the site in case we needed something right away or had technical difficulties. The Eagan Community Center was reasonably priced considering we had 250 people attending. I would highly recommend this site for a wedding reception!
