We LOVED working with Duo Boheme for our ceremony/cocktail hour music and would highly recommend them to any couple.

We really struggled to find ceremony musicians. The traditional music felt too stuffy, the bluegrass bands felt too casual…we were about to throw in the towel and skip live musicians altogether. Then I stumbled on Duo Boheme’s website. Their set list was exactly what we were looking for. The guitar/violin combo felt refined but also really upbeat and fun.

They can do the classics (our processional was Pachelbel Canon in D), some more modern songs (groom and groomsmen walked out to a Beatles song), and plenty in between. Where they really went above and beyond: they learned a favorite song of ours for our recessional (Evan Finds the Third Room by Khruangbin). To recreate the song well, Anna used her network of musicians to find a bass player. They nailed it! Our guests thought it was so hilarious (and awesome) that we processed to Pachelbel but recessed to Khruangbin. Really shows the diversity of Duo Boheme’s talents!
