After shopping around at several area florists I couldn't find anyone that beat the service, professionalism, and prices. I provided them with my budget, described what I liked / didn't like, what my colors were, etc. and they were able to offer a variety of suggestions and made the most beautiful flowers. Everything was better than I expected. They are a very reputable business and have been around for years. I now have experienced why my mother always went to them for anything flowers. They even delivered all our flowers and when they arrived each corsage and bout even had the name of the person they were for so the people helping out with the wedding didn't have to try to figure it out. Made everything very easy.

Never Again!! So things start out I call the store in Parkersburg, customer service was amazing listen and help with my purchase, but never bothed to tell me that it would be the store in Marietta that would fulfill the order and make the delivery. I had asked for last delivery slot to ensure someone would be at the delivery location and there was! Delivery driver decided to not enter the yard because of the sign about dogs, Fine, I can understand that but then gave the 2 dozen roses meant for my mother to the neighbor because of the heat they could not be left outside. What really get to me is that there was no indication that the flowers were left elsewhere. Now I have to call the after hours to find out where they went and in the process I had to tell my mother about the surprise and ruin it so we could then proceed to hunt down her flowers. My mother was leaving to go out of town that night by the time we figured out where the flowers were at the neighbors who at that point was not home. Honestly no note was left and no phone call was made, the reason 'he doesn't have a phone" but when he got back to the shop no one called to tell the purchaser that the flowers were left else where. So my mom did not get to see her flowers until she returned Sunday 2 days after the delivery. In two days those flowers are now bad, the bottom of the rose bulbs are soft and squishy, and if you barely touched them petals are falling off. These roses never even blossom to a full Bloom very disappointed highly unsatisfied. There is no way these were fresh roses. They look horrible after just 2 days! At this point I just want my money back and all that is offered is a new arrangement
