Excuse the cheesy analogy, but if our wedding was a sporting event and Andy was a player, you could undoubtedly say that Andy left it all on the field. In fact, some of the field came home with him because on many occasions, Andy literally got grass stains on his knees and shirt for the perfect shot.

From the very beginning of our relationship, Andy was engaged and creative, and guided us through the preparation and planning like a professional. Andy also brought a personal touch by being present and guiding during the special, intimate moments without being a distraction. His demeanor is only matched by his skill, and the result was a comfortable and easy process paired with a wonderful set of photos we treasure.

Some of the vendors we had during our wedding made us wish we could do it all again - if only to have the pleasure of working with them again. Andy was one of those folks. Thank you, Andy

Andy Duback’s skill as a photographer speaks for itself when you see his photos. He was previously a news photographer for AP, and has an incredible ability to capture the many incredible moments that make up a wedding day. But the thing that really makes Andy stand out is just what a wonderful person he is to be around. He was able to make myself and my husband, two people who usually feel awkward in front of a camera, feel so at ease. He’s incredibly organized, and goes out of his way to get to know you both as a couple and your vision for the day and what you want out of the photographs for the day. We haven’t seen all the photos yet, but the previews he sent (less than 24 hours after the event!) are incredible and we can’t wait to see the rest.

I was the most nervous (even dreading) the wedding picture taking process... I wanted good photos of course but I do not like posing for them... However, Andy from the very beginning calmed any nerves I had about it. He had great communication throughout the planning part of the wedding and was so personable. Andy is very organized which made me confident in him and his ability to "wrangle" my family members efficiently for picture time. He also has great vision for couple first look and portrait shots. However, the real reason I picked Andy was for his candid shots that I saw in his portfolio. These are the photos I want to look back on and remember how wonderful the day was and how happy our family and friends were. I already got to see some amazing candid pictures of our wedding in our sneak peak and I cannot wait to see more. I really can't praise him enough for the quality of work and seamless fit he was throughout the day. He felt like he was part of the family which may sound cheesy but honestly true. We hired Andy for our wedding at The Trailside Inn on July 2, and could not have been happier in our choice. Andy is incredibly professional and definitely knows his craft, he was great at making us feel comfortable in front of a camera and was super friendly and fun throughout the entire day.

Not only were we impressed by Andy, but many of our guests also remarked on how great he was. Without being invasive, he truly was everywhere (and was our only photographer!)

We are yet to receive all of our photos as they’re still being edited, but Andy sent us about 40 shots by noon the next day and they were all incredible. For two people that REALLY don’t like getting our photo taken, he really made us look great and took some really creative and fun shots. We keep saying, if this is what he sent for preliminary shots, cannot wait to see the rest after editing. Highly recommend!

Andy was so easy to work with! He is friendly and makes you feel at ease. Andy was able to capture all of the shots at our wedding that we were hoping for, and more! Our photos are a great mix of candids and portraits and came out so beautifully. We are very happy and would highly recommend him!

After looking at Andy's work and then speaking with him, we were instantly sold. He has an amazing work ethic mixed with a super laid back personality which was a great mix for us! We had him not only for our wedding day but also for our welcome party and he did an incredible job. He was very open to the things we wanted but he also had fabulous ideas for incredible shots! Even the guests loved him and said he was the best (there was even a couple who said that followed by "and we've been to A LOT of weddings" haha!)! Andy is THE BEST. From the very first email exchange to the moment we received our photos, we've been so happy that we chose Andy to photograph our wedding. Andy is incredibly responsive and helpful - even offering suggestions for hair/makeup professionals when I was having trouble finding someone. He goes above and beyond to make sure that all needs are met and that everyone feels comfortable. He was flexible with a changing timeline and locations for photos, and has such an upbeat and positive attitude. Our guests never felt like they were "in the way" and never felt like Andy was in their way, either! He thoroughly seemed to enjoy being part of our wedding and wanted to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible for everyone.

...and then there's the photos! We were so pleased with all of the different shots and the way he captured our personalities, the feel of the day, and so many amazing candid shots (especially dance shots!). He was right out there on the dance floor capturing it all. Plus, we received a slideshow and all of our images in less than three weeks after our wedding. I can't say enough good things about Andy Duback!

It is one thing that our photos were more beautiful than I could have dreamt possible, but another to have been lucky enough to work with such a great human behind the lens. Andy is this tall athletic looking guy who you would normally think would be impossible to miss in a room, yet somehow he was able to get all of these photos while being incredibly discrete, calm, graceful, and unassuming, kind, and efficient. He was amazing with children and adults alike. Andy is incredibly gifted, and his talent is matched by his enthusiasm for photography and commitment to providing a top-quality product for his clients. He holds the bar high as both artist and quintessential professional. He is energetic and you can see every minute that he loves what he does. I have never seen someone work so hard and never imagined how much care and effort he would put into capturing our day. He is not only expert in the portrait planning, but his candids are magical.

Everything that he put into capturing those photos also left a lasting impression on us. His preparation from meeting with us ahead of time made family portraits go quickly and seamlessly, and we had an awesome array of photos of our friends and family throughout the ceremony and reception, especially those we had named as being particularly important to us.

Andy is the BEST photographer. I am beyond happy that we picked him to photograph our special day. He was professional, easy to work with, and provided incredible pictures of the entire day. We originally selected Andy because we really liked his candids. It can seem "easy" to get a great portrait shot, but Andy worked so hard to catch special moments each step of the way AND provided stunning portraits. At times it seems like he was in more than one place at a time by how much he was able to capture! The joy and love we felt from everyone at the wedding, Andy so beautifully captured.
