Photography may be one of the most important parts of your wedding because it captures the things that your eyes and memory doesn't. It's not only about capturing how beautiful you and your partner look on the most important day of your life, but also capturing the experience, the emotions, and the memories. I only know this because THIS is what Jesse Walsh of DreamTown Co gave me.

I don't know how she did it because I almost kept forgetting she was there, but she captured moments that I knew I wanted to remember forever and the moments that were happening when I wasn't there. I truly got to see my whole wedding, the experience everyone had, not just me. How she did this all by herself is beyond me. Not to mention the fact that my ceremony was in a planetarium. Romantic, sure, but probably the worst case scenario for a photographer because it has to be dark to see the show. She somehow was not only able to take photos during the entire ceremony but didn't once use a flash (which would have been horribly distracting for everyone).

I've had so many of my friends tell me that my "small family gathering" was clearly me being modest because the pictures show that the wedding was worth a million bucks. But I assure you this was a modest wedding. Jesse made it look epic, romantic, and enviable. This is why you pay for a real photographer for your wedding. Cell phones and your artsy aunt with the old school Nikon can't do what Jesse can do.
