DoubleTree by Hilton Denver - Westminster is a full-service hotel wedding venue situated in Westminster, Colorado. With its location near both Denver and Boulder, couples will be near local shops, restaurants and entertainment. Additionally, if the wedding party is coming from out of town, they will be conveniently located near the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport and the Denver International Airport. The DoubleTree by Hilton Denver - Westminster contains 7,000 square feet that you can transform into your wedding ceremony and celebration space. The Grand Ballroom is an indoor space that can accommodate up to 400 of your friends and family. This venue also provides accommodations for couples and guests in their luxurious suites. These suites come with a large living area and complimentary services to make your stay more enjoyable. While the suites are quite enjoyable, couples or guests staying in them can also take advantage of the many surrounding activities near the hotel. Amazing experience. Staff was professional, courteous, and extremely accommodating. Perfect venue for ceremony and reception. Hotel worked very well with outside vendors and was very flexible regarding set up and breakdown after. Would recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding for anytime of the year.

We originally started working with Mandy at the Doubletree but then she ended up leaving and we panicked. There was no need to worry though because Anne came to the rescue and told us not to worry about anything. She reassured us that even though there was a change, everything was going to be fine. While I felt sometimes that it was hard to reach her because she was either out of the office on vacation or busy, she would always return my calls/e-mails as soon as she could. There was only a couple minor details that didn't go exactly the way we planned. I don't know if things got lost in translation but during the planning process we decided there would be no elevated platform for the head table and at the reception there was. We also requested that the filet mignon be cooked medium-well and it wasn't cooked that way. Despite these small things the Doubletree was very friendly and the food was great.

The planning process was very nice. I felt as if I was being listened to and every effort was being made to make my wedding what I needed it to be. The day of, however, I felt like a few things were thrown by the wayside because it wasn't what usually happened at other weddings. Some of the personal touches were lost in the chaos. The look and ambiance of the hotel and the ballrooms was very elegant and was a great setting for my event. The food was fantastic. I feel this venue is fantastic and very affordable for anyone having a more traditional wedding.

I used the Double Tree for my reception site, as well as the recomended Hotel for our guests. The amenities that were included were better than any other hotels in the area and at a better cost. The food was delicious. And the staff paid attention to every detail that I gave them for the decoration. It was a pleasure to work with them.
