I called DMV Booth Rentals a couple days prior to the event after the company I originally booked with cancelled on me. DMV Booth Rentals responded quickly and had much better prices. They were on time for set up and had great equipment. We enjoyed it so much we extended for an extra hour and plan on using them for next year's holiday party! Excellent service!

This company tried to get more money from me after I purchased a deal through another website. Secondly, they confirmed the photobooth times about 7 times throughout 2 months and cancelled 2 days before my wedding. Horrible company please do not do service. They are incompetent and do not have a legitimate back up plan should something happen. I would not recommend this company even to my enemy. I had to replace booth with a candy table which was a hit but not what I wanted.

My friend booked a photo booth for my wedding through this company. It was supposed to be my guest book and I was very excited about it. My friend called them three times the two weeks before my wedding to discuss specifics of the wedding site and spoke with the owner many times. His credit card WAS charged before the event. He even spent extra money (almost a hundred bucks) to rent a small dance floor to put the booth on, since they would not put it on grass and we had no flat surface-- so the floor was actually required to use the booth in our location. Needless to say, on the day of my wedding the booth just didn't show up. When my friend called to ask what the delay was, the owner checked out their scheduling book and told him we had no reservation and he had no available booths. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This was a wedding! To add insult to injury, the owner was less than apologetic and even refused to refund us the money we spent on the floor- since it was not rented from his company (keeping in mind, they don't rent the floor out- so we couldn't have gone with them). It has been five months and I am still so angry and upset about what happened- partly because I feel like I missed out on something that I was so looking forward to for my wedding and partly because he provided such bad customer service with his "not my problem" attitude once my friend called. Please do not trust this company- how can you be certain that they will show up?
