Lance with Deep South Events was amazing at our wedding! I had some nontraditional song selections for the ceremony, and Lance executed the ceremony flawlessly. For our cocktail and dinner music, I just gave him a few song suggestions and the overall theme we wanted (60s and 70s "easy listening") and he knew exactly the mood we were looking for. We have received so many compliments on the music, already. Later in the night, Lance kept us all dancing until the very end. He was kind, courteous, and professional. I have a unique name and Lance was very careful to make sure he pronounced it correctly...He was even nice enough to take a picture for me--talk about going above and beyond! I am so happy with our choice to go with Deep South Events, and especially Lance Johnson. Deep South Events is the DJ service you should choose if you are looking for a totally-stress free element in your wedding planning. I highly recommend them!

I am so happy with the choice that my fiancé (now husband) made with the DJ. The one thing I tasked him doing, was to find a DJ that wasn’t just gonna show up and play music off his Ipod. Lance truly showcased his expertise in being a Wedding DJ. We discussed the music that he tends to play at weddings but he explained that all that could change 8 months from now. So I decided to not even make a long list of songs. I supplied my favorites from growing up and allowed guest to make requests. All I can say is that the party never stopped until the venue had to close! Thanks so much to Lance of Deep South Events. All receptions should be as fun as ours, and I know you’ll make more couples just as happy as you’ve made us.

Lance did an amazing job as our wedding dj. He was fun and very talented. I highly recommend him.

The coordinator for our event Lance, was very professional and nice to work with. The DJ that worked our event was John and he was a class act. He did a fantastic job keeping the crowd entertained during our party, We were every happy with the evening and we will be contacting Deep South Events the next time we visit Atlanta.

Deep South Events is an awesome DJ Service. Working with Harrison & Lance was a blast. Lance was the DJ for our Wedding and we truly believe Harrison picked the right guy for the job. We wanted a non-cheesy, youthful DJ, but he also had to appeal to our older family members. Lance was just what we needed. Our guest complimented us on our entertainment all night long. There was no way for us to end at our scheduled time. We had to keep the party going. Lance stayed 2 hours after his contracted time. Thanks to the both of you. We will never forget how you two helped make our wedding a success!

We absolutely wanted a Jamming DJ for our wedding. We needed someone who would play a silly song during the recessional. We needed someone who would make announcements as if we were in Madison Square Gardens. We needed Lance. I’m so happy that we got him. I’m sure that any one of Deep South Events’ DJs would’ve gotten the job done. We booked Lance and we can certainly vouch that he’s one of the best doing it!

Lance was the DJ for our wedding. We were so pleased that he was available!!! He arrived early and both the ceremony & reception services went on without a hitch. He’s very professional and he managed our timeline just as we had hoped. What really set him apart from other DJs that I had seen before was his style. His song selection & timing was perfect. And the way he changed from song to song didn’t allow for anyone to even take a break from dancing…lol! Harrison was so much more than a DJ, from handing us water bottles when we looked parched, to wrangling all my guests to the right places at the right times, I felt like I had my own personal assistant all evening! He was great at anticipating our needs and was very accommodating to all our requests. I would highly recommend him for any event!
