Travis Jackson did my wedding on October 26, 2024 in Syracuse, Indiana. Cussed out the venue multiple times, ruined the first look, ruined good conversations I was having with guests or family by interrupting to talk bout himself and obnoxious his self pride, cussed at my dad, cussed at mother inlaw and cussed at father inlaw (those who paid for his worthless service.) Cussed infront of multiple guests. Travis showed up intoxicated and had 0 respect for anyone. He was constantly bee lineing to the bar; they said they wouldn't serve him after 12 visits so he cussed out the owners husband. Travis wouldn't play anything anyone asked for, just what he wanted to hear. Worst part is I have previously highly recommended him to multiple other people prior to my wedding and they booked him. He used to be a great DJ. He has done this to multiple weddings I have sense learned, before and after mine. He is a womanizer, flirts with guests (one I know of below the age of 18) and gets aggressive if he doesnt get his way.

I will say he was nice to me and my wife.. Also any woman he wanted to sleep with.

You'd be better off just having a bluetooth speaker with Spotify premium. At least we enjoyed that more after he got kicked out 2 hours into the reception.

I mostly only leave good reviews for people!

Vendor ruins weddings. Hundreds of complaints. My friend lost out on a ton of money and her event got ruined.

He did my cousin's wedding and he initially seemed nice but the niceness was a facade. The following days after her wedding he was sending different women friend requests and talking to them. He had started complimenting my appearance at her wedding in Facebook messages, he was also becoming extremely sexual with me and it was making me uncomfortable. He as making it known that he was a married man and that what his wife didn't know wouldn't hurt her. One of the first things he told me was that he was an extremely open sexual person which should have been my first red flag. As the conversations went on he had continued to be sexual with me knowing that I was in a relationship at the time and I had asked him to stop. He sent inappropriate videos and pictures of himself, as well as videos with his wife that they had recorded. I didn't know at the time what I do now or I would have warned my cousin about him. From what I know he didn't make a scene but he was very intoxicated and very flirtatious with the females attending the wedding. I do not recommend him at all. Please keep yourselves and your families safe from guys like him.

If I could give this DJ zero stars I would. He ruined my wedding in so many ways. Let me start off by saying he is a HUUGGGEE perv, and likes to hit on married woman and underage girls AT the weddings he’s “working.” He ruined me walking down the aisle (long story) but a big deal. He asked my guests where to buy coke!!!!!!!!!! Brought his own bottle of dark liquor that he kept behind his booth and got WASTTEEDD on the job. Only played music he liked which is the music I told him I did NOT want to listen to and refused to play what I, THE BRIDE, wanted to listen to. He messed up the entire schedule for speeches and such to the point my officiant had to take over, mind you he was given a paper copy to go off of. He almost backed his truck into my grandpa as they were loading him and his wheelchair into the car at the end of the night. He also sent friend requests to like all of the woman that had attended my wedding, including underage girls, the morning after. I had so many people tell me how uncomfortable this man made them feel, some of my guests left just because of him. I have a looonng list of things Travis man ruined for me on my wedding day. A lot of other brides have recently come forward about this guy and the nightmare of a DJ he is. Save your money and your wedding day by paying someone else to do it.

I’d like to address the reception, to all the brides who are looking for a DJ - do NOT hire Travis Jackson. I would not post this unless for good reason. He came in at a great price point, but with a greater expense. He basically came to our reception hall to drink and play the music HE WANTED without paying attention to the list of songs I made or requests from guests. His focus was more on socializing and videoing all the women dancing, than doing his job. I had guests leave because he made them feel uncomfortable - touching them, pulling them next to him, videoing them dancing close up. He was very unprofessional. He did not care to play songs we requested, and after multiple attempts of MULTIPLE people asking, it resulted in a verbal altercation where he told a family member of mine to “f*** off.” I had had it at that point, kicking him out myself. I shut down my own reception at 6:58 PM when I called the police to have him escorted out while he packed up. When the police arrived he was so much under the influence he had to be picked up and driven home by his wife. He brought his own hard liquor, was inappropriate and overall a HORRIBLE DJ.

I do not recommend him and if you’ve had similar experiences I encourage you to share. Brides, families of marrying couples, weddings are not cheap, do not waste your money on hiring him to save a few hundred dollars. Trust me, it’s not worth it.

I’m thankful the police were able to assist. He could have risked his life and others had he left the reception hall driving tonight.
