• Professional Sound and Lighting - You want the music to be loud and clear on the dance floor while allowing conversation without shouting at each other while seated. This should be paired with a fun lighting experience to build excitement on the dance floor. You don't want microphones cutting in and out during your vows or the Maid of Honor's heartfelt speech. The right DJ will bring the best gear available for the look and sound quality you want.
  
  
• The DJ will be leading you from the beginning of the ceremony to the end of the reception. We are responsible for keeping the event organized and on schedule. The timeline is discussed, designed, and followed. We coordinate with the photographer to make sure no special moments are missed. We communicate with the caterer on your arrival at the reception, so dinner is prepped at the right time. We discuss the timing of the ceremony with the officiant, so all cues are understood and relayed. We handle the minutia of the day so you can relax and enjoy YOUR event.
  
  
• You want to see the actual pricing rather than having a sticker shock of all the added services, right? We are completely transparent and up-front with our clients. Our most popular package includes everything that we provide, totally eliminating "bait and switch" pricing: if you want it, we bring it!
  
  
• "This is our first wedding; we aren't sure what we need to do." We can help! You want a professional that can assist throughout the planning process. We stay in constant contact during the months leading up to your event, lending advice and expertise wherever needed. Our event planner worksheet will cover all the necessary formalities, timeline, song selection, name pronunciations of the wedding party and other important people, and more. We walk into the event space with a plan, a script, an understanding of your specific goals, and your taste in music.
  
  
• You want a fun, upbeat variety of music. Let us help! We provide the knowledge base of 20+ years experience playing weddings, school dances, clubs, and more to your dance floor. We work with your crowd, watching reactions and adjusting our playlist as we go. We keep it fluid, changing with the ebbs and flows of people on and off the floor.

Reception coverage:

This package includes sound reinforcement for a single room or large hall with DJ and MC services for 5 hours. 12 uplights are included as well as dance floor lighting. Wireless microphones for speeches and announcements are included. We also provide a static monogram with a custom design. All consultation time is included, with planning coordinated primarily through email, text and zoom.

Extra rooms can be added at an additional price per room. This includes a single speaker for each additional location needed.

We travel up to 50 miles from South Bend without charge and up to 150 miles one way (with a small upcharge).

Ceremony coverage:

This package is an add on for the reception package and includes another full sound system with an additional 2 hours. We have battery-powered options for remote locations without electricity. We offer an array of microphone options, from lapel, headsets to handheld mics on stands. The 2 hours provided continue into cocktail hour, effectively giving you 7 full hours of coverage from the start of your ceremony to the end of the reception with no lapse. We also include 30 minutes of prelude music leading up to ceremony at no additional charge.

Photo booth:

This package includes a custom frame with your wedding date and a design of your choice. The design allows for a collage of up to 4 poses. We bring a backdrop, automated booth, props and lighting, with an attendant to assist your guests. The base package includes digital delivery of the guest's photos. We upload all the photos taken during the night. You are provided a password-protected album so you can view your guests' candid shots and download any or all of them. Physical prints can be provided on-site for an additional charge.

Rehearsal:

If you prefer to have us on site for your rehearsal we are more than happy to help! We can also provide you with a step-by-step guide to walk you through the rehearsal free of charge.
