Where do I even start?? Rachel is an incredible DJ and wedding organizer! We planned our whole wedding from abroad and Rachel was with us every step of the way, calling with us viz Zoom and making sure we covered all the details and had our timeline all in order ahead of time. Our wedding day went off flawlessly and flowed so smoothly, and that's certainly all thanks to her. We really didn't have to worry about anything on our big day, and we couldn't be more thankful for all her time, dedication, and energy. We would hire her again in a heartbeat! :) Thank you so much, Rachel!

Rachel was an amazing DJ and night of coordinator. She not only helped layout and set up a timeline, but helped to make sure that timeline was followed by all members of the wedding the night of. Her DJ skills were spectacular! She was fun, energetic, taught us a few line dances, and made the night magical! Highly highly recommend her for price that was extremely reasonable, and her fun energy!

Rachel saved our day! From the moment we met her she was punctual, organized and ready to bring our dream to life. Rachel communicated with us throughout the day, gave suggestions and made sure we were on time for everything. I definitely recommend her to any and everyone and hope to work with her again in the future.

Rachel is the mom of one of my friends and when she told me her mom was a dj I was expecting someone with speakers playing a Spotify playlist. Boy was I wrong!!! She was so helpful from the first steps, helping us plan not only the songs but timing for the ceremony and helping get all the nitty gritty details worked out on paper. She was responsive to any questions and made sure everything was in order. On the day of she immediately took charge and helped pull my bridal party together and even put the boutonnières on the groomsmen. The ceremony was flawless, no mic squeaks or music too loud. She started the reception and we played games and did dances, everything flowed together and wasn’t awkward silence. Nothing was too long or to short. I couldn’t recommend her more!! 1000/10!!

I'm the MOB and although we had a relatively small wedding of about 50 guests, I was in over my head. Rachel put together a timeline, and helped us walk through the flow. The day of the event, things ran late and Rachel was behind me the whole time adjusting the schedule and keeping us on track. She arrived early, was super professional and fun, and on top of her great organizational skills, the music was great, too. You can hire Rachel and relax knowing you've got someone else looking out for your special event.

Her attention to detail in getting everything just right is remarkable. I love that she listened and cared about what we wanted. She's much more than a DJ--she also took care to get the ceremony music and line up right, and coordinated the schedule of events during the reception. I wanted to dance at my wedding and she provided the perfect, fun atmosphere. I also wanted a dance party that the grandkids could enjoy and that's what we got. I loved her teaching of the line dances. So, so fun!!!!

This was my oldest daughter’s wedding and I did not know the first thing about running an event this big. Rachel was amazing! She worked with my daughter and her fiancé to be sure she covered everything they wanted and even made a schedule. On the night of the event she showed up on time and set up quickly. Very professional. During the event she was flexible with last minute changes we wanted to make and went above and beyond to accommodate us. She even ran some fun games and taught the whole wedding party a dance. The evening was a huge success because of her. Would highly recommend!!

Rachel was INCREDIBLE. We did an all inclusive wedding through The Cottage in downtown Gilbert, who hired Rachel for us to be our DJ--we were a budget wedding, so we didn't have any outside wedding planner, etc.. This means Rachel practically served as our wedding planner: she reached out immediately to create a timeline, handled changes to it, reached out herself to people like our photographer and our Contra Caller (think Bridgerton type dances), found versions of songs which we love and could never even have imagined in our wedding (from a bassoon heavy cover of pachabel for our processional--yes, even with a contra bassoon--to an acoustic cover of the theme song of The West Wing that somehow worked as an opening to food and most people didn't even notice as anything different than standard wedding music), and was the person who made sure we stayed organized even when my partner and I were about 45 minutes late out of hair and makeup and having to rush through a lot of the early planning.

I see wedding wire lists specialties including music types, but Rachel can clearly do any music type you could dream of (do I think Rachel herself is actually a fan of the west wing or syfy channel original shows? ... Seems unlikely, but I suppose it's possible. Nevertheless she managed to find perfect music for people who were, with perfect instrument usage too, since my partner played the bassoon). I also had no idea how much a good DJ could do till we met Rachel, and we were truly blown away. We lucked out beyond what we could have ever expected with Rachel--although we were a budget wedding nothing about our experience with Rachel could be categorized as budget at all.

Throughout the process Rachel reached out to us and our vendors to make sure everything was on track and help organize things. I truly cannot express how great Rachel was. I am utterly serious when I say: If Rachel is available for your wedding day, hire her right now! I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job for us.
