Barry jumped into the industry with both feet at the age of 16 and has never looked back. He has over 25 years of experience as a Mobile DJ as well as working as an On-Air Personality and Program Director. Barry started in radio at the age of 16 at KXIA (KIX 101) in his hometown of Marshalltown, IA until 2001. He then worked for Results Radio/Cumulus Media in Sioux Falls as a radio personality and Program Director until 2009.Barry became the Program Director and afternoon host on Worthington Minnesota's New "Hot Country Station, US104" in 2009. He’s now the Program Director in Worthington for 93.5 Rewind FM, The Hot Country Highway US95, KWOA The Fan and FM 104.3 The Bridge. He also hosts afternoons on US95. DJ Barry Roberts has provided entertainment as a Mobile DJ in Marshalltown along with several companies in Sioux Falls over the past 25 years. He started his own Professional Mobile DJ Service in 2010 simply called "DJ Barry Roberts." This has allowed him to provide his clients with a more personalized service.
